Dr Warren fix my breast after breast cancer. She did a great job; I feel so much better about myself now. She is very kind, and her staff are very kind too. I am so glad i was able to have her as my doctor.
Dr. Warren is fantastic! She happily answered all of my questions during my pre-op and made me feel very comfortable and confident on the day of my procedure. Dr. Warren insisted that my nerve blocker was done while I was already asleep. I’m very grateful for that, as I was nervous. It just made surgery day that much less stressful. I’m super happy with the results of my procedure. I went into my consultation with a 42G chest and was in near constant pain. I am now a 40D and have a new lease on life. I am so much more confident and comfortable in my own skin and am no longer in constant pain from the weight of my chest. I was told by someone at the office that she “makes pretty breasts” & they were not kidding! Dr. Warren is a master of her craft!
My Experience was phenomenal I really love the work she did on me. I’m post op 4 days an I can see the results already, I love them. I would definitely recommend her. Her staffing team was wonderful. The nurses at the hospital were wonderful as well they really take great care of you.
Well I am all set for my surgery. My boobs have been heading south and my nipples are pointing in the wrong direction. I recently lost of 40 lbs and prior to my weight loss I was squeezing into a 36G. My 36G bras are loose now but no sense buying new ones. My surgery is next Wednesday 6/27 and I am more than ready. I am now someone who wakes up at 4:30am to go to the gym at 5:15am. I am very active and these boobs are plain just getting in the way. I recently did the Savage Blitz race and when they handed me a tank top the day before I really had to think about what I was strapping my boobs into. The last thing I wanted was a boob popping out! I have been stalking this website and while I hate sharing something so personal I feel like I need to give back some. Looking at everyone’s story has helped me tremendously. I have felt discouraged at times when people say “why are you getting a breast reduction, your not the big?” Well I felt like strapping weights to their chest and then telling to see how they feel in 24 hours. So thank you to all the women who have posted their stories. I will keep you posted on my story. 9 days till surgery! Updated on 12 Aug 2018: Despite a poison ivy set back, which postponed my surgery till 8/8. I am post op day 4 and feeling like I look like I man. I guess it will take some time to get used to my new boobs, feeling strange right now!
I had been suffering from chronic neck and upper back pain since 2013. For many years it just became a normal part of my existence . It wasn't until about 2016-2017 when my left arm and fingers became numb that I started thinking this isn't right. I had been to physical therapy, tried prescription drugs. The only drug that worked was Prednisone, and you can't keep taking that. What i did not notice was my breast had went from a 38 C in 2003 to a 42 F in 2017. I did not notice the deep grooves in my shoulders. I did notice a heaviness in my chest that was almost affecting my breathing. I had not been wearing the correct bras either. Last Fall (2017) I started to realize, it is my breast causing me trouble. I spoke to all of my doctors, Gynecologist, Oncologist, Primary Care, Physical therapist and even a mammogram technician and decided I should have a breast reduction. Surgery was March 9, 2018. The price has not been confirmed yet. Above is an estimate only. BCBS/ DE would not predetermine or preauthorize my surgery. I met all the criteria for coverage, and am still waiting to find out the actual costs. My pain was so severe I didn't care. I will say that the constant chronic pain in my neck and back has stopped. It has been 1 month since the surgery and my back and neck pain on a scale of 1-10 is now 0-1. My neck and back pain that was everyday for years is down to maybe once a week. I am so thankful for this surgery. I can't imagine living the rest of my life in chronic pain. Would totally recommend this surgery. Updated on 28 Apr 2018: Some Before & After photos. #graphic Updated on 6 May 2018: This is week 10. I recieved my Blue Cross Blue Shield explanation of benefits... "this is not a bill". The 10 G's was for the day of surgery & the overnight stay. I was fortunate that my insurance covered that cost. My neck and back have not heard since March 8th. I wanted to shout out Christiana Hospital for being so professional kind considerate and courteous. I had an awesome team by my side the whole way... this price does not include any fees from the surgeon.I've included some pictures of my progress? Updated on 30 May 2018: Day 75 post surgery .. i had done a lot of cooking & some yard work past couple of weeks. I felt like I may have pulled something. For approx 2 weeks I was in a lot of pain, sharp sensations, aching, soreness, swelling, red, very sore to the touch. I had not experienced much pain at all until now. I found out there may be an infection. I started antibiotics. Two days later still not great so i took some Advil and applied an ice pack. 20 minutes later I realized I had sprung a leak. I ran to look in a mirror and my left breast had opened a NEW tiny hole (it broke thru my skin) that was GUSHING what looked like Chocolate Milk (no smell)... I was horrified and could not get it to stop. In hind site i have to LMAO because it was like a scary movie scene mixed with a McDonald's milk shake machine.... I called my Doctor and was told "THIS IS GREAT"... really?.... yes... it was the built up toxins infection and who know wtf else... she said massage it and encourage more to come out... I felt so much better! That was May 14th it is now the 30th. I still have a little clear leaking going on. Follow up visit tomorrow May 30th. I did not have any drains post surgery. The right breast had no problems. The hole is supposed to be fine and close on its own. I hope soon... I gotta get to a beach !!! Dr. Warren is amazing! It took me 4 years to make a final decision to have a tummy tuck and lipo. I consulted with several surgeons but something kept bringing me back to Dr. Warren. She is professional and courteous... she is extremely knowledgeable and should definitely be one of your top choices! She performed a hernia repair, tummy tuck and lipo of the upper abdomen and flanks. I’m 6 days post op and I’m so happy I made this choice!
I got my breast reduction not long after I turned 18. I am 5'2" and had 34DD breasts. I'm a slender girl my boobs definately got on my nerves. I complained ONCE to my doctor about back aches, got referred to a surgeon, and insurance called to tell me I was covered in two weeks. I was really nervous about the surgery. I have never had to be cut open or stitched or had anything broken before but I am telling you the drugs they put in your body on surgery day are roooockin. I was so happy when they rolled me in and joking with the doctors about being "shanked". I was home the next day. All in all I would say there was little to NO pain. None! If boobs were to grow back every five years hypothetically I would get this surgery every time they grew back, over and over again. It was the best thing I ever did for myself and my cute little boobs are hott and healing up with small scars that don't even phase me. Get this surgery, and have a whole new cute body.
I had twins and they were 7lbs. 2oz. and 6lbs. 12oz. so I had alot of stretched, loose skin on my abdomen. No matter what you do, that skin isn't going back to the way it used to be. I got my tummy tuck in February and absolutely love the results. I lost alot of weight before I had it done, which from what I understand helps you get better results. The swelling has almost completely gone down and I love that now I can wear low cut jeans with confidence and now I can wear a bikini again after all this time. I had liposuction done on my thighs at the same time. I've been reading alot of the reviews and I have to tell you, the pain of the tummy tuck was nothing compared to the pain after the lipo. My doctor gave me one of those pain medication balls where it is being pumped into you for about 3-4 days after your surgery. It was great. The most painful for me, where the tummy tuck was concerned, was when I accidentally sneezed and it hurt where the muscles had been sewed together.
