It looks as though the left lower eyelid is a bit lower than the right. This is called lower eyelid retraction. Sometimes it is due to genetics/anatomy, but can be caused by other issues such as thyroid disease. Normally, the lower eyelid margin sits at the corneal "limbus", the lowest point of the colored part of the eye. Your lower eyelids sit a little lower than that on both sides, but more on the left. Another thing that is contributing to the left eye appearing more round, is that the right upper eyelid sits slightly lower than the left one. This is called ptosis. An oculoplastic surgeon can raise the lower eyelids so that they are higher. This is usually done by implanting a spacer graft into the lower eyelid to give it more height. Even if this is done, the left side may still have a slightly different appearance because of the upper eyelid asymmetry. Hope that helps.
