Dr Jacoby is amazing! She is knowledgeable and communicates well... I found myself at the age of 49 with issues related to menopause. She gave me options and information that helped me choose the right treatment for me. I had the MonaLisa Touch Procedure from Dr. Jacoby and it made a huge difference with incontinence when I went running and tightened up things making intercourse more enjoyable. In addition while there she did a wonderful job giving me Botox and fillers for my face. Her attention to detail gave me the perfect sexy lips that I was hoping for. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and anyone else looking for these type of treatments.

Dr. Jacoby has been instrumental in prescribing treatment protocol that is proving to be extremely effective for my complicated genital-urinary medical conditions. She is wonderfully competent, compassionate and caring when it comes to helping me understand and move forward toward a future of improved health and well-being. I went to see Dr. Jacoby for a menopause makeover. She was the best with Botox and fillers of any of the docs I had seen for them. I really resisted getting the Mona Lisa ( not sure why!)But once, I did I experienced immediate relief from menopausal symptoms. I did a series of theee Mona lisa procedures and it was the first time since the birth of my 2nd son that I was able to go an entire year without a UTI! Dr. Jacoby has a straight forward approach and explains things clearly and simply. I would give her more stars if I could .

I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Jacoby in the spring of 2016 while researching the MonaLisa Touch treatment. I was very skeptical that this treatment would actually work as I had been experiencing severe pain during intercourse, post menopause. No amount of ointments, lubricates or oil of any kind helped to ease my discomfort. After my first treatment with Dr. Jacoby, within the first few days, my husband and I made love and I was in complete and total elation that I didn't feel any pain! I thought it would take at least 3 treatments to get the results I was experiencing after just one treatment. For any woman that is experiencing this, having Dr. Jacoby do this procedure (which literally only takes about 10 minutes) will change your life! After going through menopause, I found intercourse became increasingly more painful. I tried lubricants, dilators, even HRT, nothing seemed to help. After reading such positive reviews about the Mona Lisa Touch laser, I was hoping this would be the answer to my problems. However, after two (expensive) treatments, I have seen absolutely no improvement. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed. I hope in time doctors will be able to tell which women the treatment will help and those whom it will not. In my case, I suspect that since even HRT did not work, the Mona Lisa could not help either.

I was excited to approach a health issue without pills or hormones. The procedure did not take much time and recovery did not take long at all. My procedure was virtually painless and was over in a matter of minutes. Dr. Jacoby also followed up with me after my procedure and made sure I was completely satisfied with what I had done. I had no side effects and within 1 week my forehead lines were almost completely erased. I just had my 46th birthday and I was carded buying wine the same week. What more could you ask for?

Dr. Jacoby is a skilled physician and a wonderful woman along with Tracy her RN that have helped with my Mona Lisa treatment. The Mona Lisa offers a lasier treatment for the vaginal area to help regenerate cells which dry out over time. They are both very caring and compassionate! I am so happy that I met with Dr. Jacoby to discuss my chronic vaginal dryness, and she is offering me help. I don't want to lose that part of my life and the Mona lisa offers a solution. Creams just don't work, and they leave a lot ot be desired. This is a solution that I'm excited was offered to me! Thank you!

Karny is impressive, smart and charismatic. I am sure she is a fantastic urologist. However, I don't think fillers (lip and smile lines) should be her thing. My lips were filled but turned out very uneven. It felt like hard pebbles were on one side, and nothing on the other. It wasn't smooth and even. I paid $2000 for lip fillers (Restalyne) and smile line fillers (Juvaderm). When I called the office to tell them about the unevenness, they said that it was because of bad lighting during the initial procedure. No biggie! So they told me to come in so that they can fix it. Yay! What they didn't tell me was that they were going to charge me more. But when you are sitting there with a very odd shape mouth, you pretty much whip out your credit card and don't argue. So, $2300 later, I am still a bit uneven (one left smile line gone, right smile line still there somewhat). I am pleased with the outcome but will go to someone who specializes in the procedure for future touch ups.
