Dr. Serota is kind, experienced and professional. I saw him 16 years ago for an initial augmentation surgery. Just had another procedure to remove my saline implants and replaced them with silicone implants. The saline implants still looked amazing after 16 years and breastfeeding three kids, however I wanted to upgrade to silicone and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Serota listened to my wishes to stay small and look natural. I will never go to anyone else for my cosmetic surgery needs. Everyone in his office is warm, professional and competent. You won’t be disappointed with Dr.Serota at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery Center.
I could not be any more satisfied with the personal care I received from Dr. Serota’s office when getting my breast augmentation. The girls were so friendly and helped walk me through the whole process. Dr. Serota is the most caring & amazing surgeon. My results have exceeded my expectations. They really do care about each of their patients and made my experience fantastic. Thank you so much to the Serota team. I highly recommend them for all of your surgical & non-surgical needs! Love you guys!
Dr. Serota did my breast lift about a month ago and I'm very satisfied with the results so far. I'd been wanting a breast lift for several years. I had consultations with 3 different doctors but ended up choosing Dr. Serota.
I’ve been going to Doctor Serota for years about 17. I’ve had many operations he’s done two Brest augmentation first saline and then silicone “gummy implants” :) tummy tuck, fillers to my face, liposuction, fat transfer to my butt and soon a mini arm lift!! I know this sounds like a lot of surgery but this is in the 17+ years with this absolutely amazing Doctor!! I have extremely high expectations and he’s met them every time!! I absolutely love the ladies in his office!! Always super sweet and sooo kind I’ve never felt rushed I’m sure I’ve asked the same questions 10times but without hesitation the girls are ready with a smile and the answer too my questions!! I’m not making a lot of money Im a supervisor at JCPenneys but with all the amazing financing options he provides I’m able to afford my surgery’s!!
I just had my tummy tuck 3 days ago. I’m obviously very swollen and still very uncomfortable, but I am so grateful for Dr. Serota! From my initial consultation right until my discharge from the hospital, Dr. Serota was kind, gentle and empathetic. I can already see that my scar won’t be thick and ugly, and my results are going to be fantastic! I will say that the pain is much more intense than i was expecting.
Writing my first time, I am one week away till surgery day. Scared, and worried, that I can't sleep and when I do, I dream of that day..lol. Mother of 3, all c-sections. Many things through out the years motivated me to have this done. Low self esteem every time I would stand naked in front of the mirror. Criticism from people I love and said who love me, humiliations from them, all hurt me. Always have to be careful on the type of clothing I wear- love dresses but most of them are black because my lower hangs lose and is very noticeable. Praying to god everything goes good so I can finally be a 100% happy better person. Updated on 7 Jul 2017: 7/7/17 4 days away, and super nervous sx: 7/11/17 at 9:00am Updated on 12 Jul 2017: Day 1. I can truly say he has changed my self esteem, my confidence I still need more rounds of a few things, but I’m ok with that.
After losing 113lbs, I couldn't stand looking at my body. I breast fed for 3.5yrs and my breast were saggy, no more feeling. My stomach(s) couldn't get any smaller no matter how much I worked out. Saved up for Tummy tuck, breast lift, 330CC implants. Worth every penny....???? Dr. Serota and team took very good care of me, before and after surgery.
Dr. Serota and staff were great! Answered all my questions and scheduled my surgery quickly. Everything came out wonderful. I chose 550 cc saline under the muscle. Pretty simple recovery. Dr even answered a call I made after hours to inquire about nausea meds. I definitely recommend Dr Serota! Great pricing too!
I debated with myself for 5 years to have or not have a tummy tuck. My biggest fear was going into surgery and not coming out. Shortly after my 35th birthday I decided I was ready and did some serious research on Tummy Tucks but I never come across any questions about a larger mons pubis after tummy tuck. I am 6 months post op TT without lipo. So my question is: How common is it to have a chubby mons pubis after a tummy tuck? I love how my stomach looks but my mons pubis is poking out further than my stomach now! What can I do to lessen the chubby mons pubis area? Shoulder I consider lipo or are there certain exercises I can do? Updated on 6 Dec 2014: Happier every day with TT results Updated on 13 Feb 2015: A bit nervous yet again! I'll be having lipo on my abdomen, mons pubis area, thighs and upper back in less than a week. I'll also be getting my dog ears corrected. Any suggestions for preparation? Updated on 26 Feb 2015: 9 months since my tummy tuck I was left with dog ears and some unwanted fat in my mons pubis area. I still had one more procedure to get done on my abdomen. I consulted with my PS about my mons pubis area he was totally understanding of my concern and able to lipo that area, and correct the dog ears at no extra cost. Since I was going to have lipo done on my abdomen and mons pubis area I decided to to get my upper hips and bra area done as well. Updated on 26 Feb 2015: I'm sore but feel great, I have less bruising than I thought would. The only pain I really feel is in my thighs. I had a last minute change and added fat transfer to my butt. So far I'm very happy with my results!

Fillers are a great way to temporarily fill wrinkles and hollow lower eyelids. Chemical peels can be a good option if you are experiencing any skin imperfections. Both will not correct under eye bags permanently. Talk to your surgeon about your concerns and discuss any other long term options available to you or find an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who can help you achieve the results you are looking for. Best wishes.
You may benefit from a tummy tuck but it may be difficult because of the position of your belly button. The umbilical float tummy tuck procedure may be the most appropriate procedure in this case. You should definitely consult with a Board Certified Plastic surgeon who can provide you with solutions. Best of luck to you.
All wounds have a tendency to contract after surgery. Usually the wound will have softened by 2 years. Hopefully you were instructed to massage the area and continue your diet and exercise regimen. If you are still experiencing discomfort, you should consult with your doctor or a board certified plastic surgeon about the discomfort you are feeling. Wishing you feel better soon.
Your photos seem to show a bit of asymmetry and unevenness with the left being lower than the right. You may have not noticed this difference and it may not bother you, if it does a nipple lift may make more sense. A simple breast augmentation will increase your size and volume. If you want a significant change in breast form, it is best to discuss your expectations with your surgeon so that you are on the same page. Wishing you the best of luck!
A capsule is the tissue that forms surrounding an object in the body, like a breast implant for example. The capsule which is a type of scar tissue surrounds the implant and starts to form very soon after surgery. During this early period the capsule is very thin and over time can become thicker and tougher resulting in capsular contracture which sometimes requires surgical release. Tearing of the capsule can cause bleeding as a result of trauma. This complication is not common and tends to occur more frequently over time. Following post operative instructions carefully should help minimize these complications but check with your surgeon to find out if there are any treatments post surgically that can help.
