Dr. Zayas is has great success with all his patients, he is a surgeon with vast experience and more than 38 years of practice in surgery.
I am 34 years old have had 3 csections and was not happy with how my stomach was looking after loosing all the weight. I had lost a total of about 35lbs when I decided that I wanted to get rid of all the loose skin. I was recommended to go to Evolution MD and talk to Dr. Zayas. I have honestly had the best experience so far. The whole staff has been nothing but accommodating and nurturing towards me. I had my procedure done on a Monday and unfortunately when I went back the next day for my follow up appointment, they discovered that I had developed an ecchymosis on my left side. I freak out and of course they quickly started taking care of me and made me feel a lot more comfortable. I have gone in every single day since my surgery and am being treated for my ecchymosis very carefully monitored and given all medications and ointments that I need to make sure I also follow at home. My actual incision and Lipo areas do not bother me at all. My only concern is my ecchymosis but I am confident that I am in the best hands. I feel great otherwise, I do have certain days when I have the blues, I feel depressed and wondered if this was the right choice but then I snap out of it and take a look at myself and stay positive. I am not sure how I could be of any help to anyone else out there considering this option but if u have any questions I am glad to help. Keep me in your prayers so that I can heal at 100%! Thank you.
I had liposuction done on April 1st. I am currently 1 week & a half post op. My surgery was done by Dr Zayas @ Evolution MD. I paid for the package of 12 massages , and I am currently on my 9th massage. Still swollen, not sore as much anymore. Loving my results. Updated on 5 May 2019:
My breast were a 38dd and I am one day post op so far; I went to Dr. Zayas at evolution md and I am very pleased so far. I’m just sore no pain really. I have to keep the drains in for 5 days and cut my sutures out in 2 weeks.
Hey everyone! I’m 21 and have been wanting a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. I’m 5’7, curvy body type, and was a 34B. On 12/12/18, I decided to take the plunge and ditch the VS bombshell bras and it has been the BEST decision I’ve ever made. I had my procedure done with Jose Zayas, MD at “My Cosmetic Surgery”— he had done my mom’s BA 2 years prior and I absolutely love his work. I decided to go with 400cc Saline Mentor HP implants to achieve a full D, beginning double D. So far, I’m in love with my new boobies! Updated on 20 Dec 2018: These were my “before” breasts, 34B Updated on 20 Dec 2018: Updated on 20 Dec 2018: As you can see, my abdomen was super swollen + I was retaining lots of fluid. It’s funny because I was prepared to see not so great looking breasts 1 day post op, but I was pleasantly surprised. They didn’t look that bad at all! Updated on 20 Dec 2018: Dropping quite nicely! :-) Throughout this time all I was taking were my antibiotics and Tylenol extra strength. I was prescribed Vicodin but wanted to avoid it, didn’t want to deal with the side effects and feeling all groggy 24/7. Luckily, the pain wasn’t all that bad, it really wasn’t even pain per se just pressure. I think the most annoying thing about this recovery is the sleeping, I tend to sleep on my side or tummy, so having to sleep elevated on my back really sucks—but hey, beauty is pain lol! P.S the marks on my breasts are from the bandages Updated on 20 Dec 2018: Around this time I stopped taking Tylenol bc my pain was really at a minimum. I’m still amazed at how fast they’re dropping and fluffing out! Completely in love ???? Updated on 20 Dec 2018: Feeling great + tapes have been removed, just waiting for the stitches to fall out on their own. I started to lift my hands above my shoulders (up to where my body allows.) Also, started doing the massages, it feels a little weird but definitely provides relief from all the tightness— I tend to do them at night bc that’s when my breasts get super tight and stiff. Sleeping still kinda sucks, patiently waiting for the 2 week mark to be able to sleep without all these pillows. Updated on 3 Jan 2019: 3 weeks in and feeling great. They’re continuing to settle, but my right is settling faster than the left. In the pics, you’ll notice my left nipple higher than the right. Overall my right breast looks fuller and more “dropped” than the left one, but I’m not complaining, I know they won’t achieve their “normal look” for 4-6 months or so. I’ve also regained full sensation on my right nipple and I’m half way there with my left (for some reason my left breast is the trouble maker lol.) I’m in no pain, but every once in a while I’ll get this sharp tingling sensation on one of my breasts, which I’ve heard is normal. Sleeping has gotten a lot better, I no longer have to sleep with all those pillows and even started sleeping on my side. My only complaint is that I run out of breath super fast, but I know with time it’ll subside as my chest gets used to the extra weight. All in all, I’m in LOVE with them. They look so nice in clothes and without, I just can’t wait to get out of this surgical bra tho lol!
Dr. Zayas is knowledgeable and skillful at his job. I’m satisfied with the results of my BA thus far. Recovery has been great. Jorge Falconi was of great assistance throughout the whole process. Office is clean and aesthetically appealing. Office staff communication is one of the downfalls as well as the long waiting time.
Dr le diera un 10 plus, porque más q decir q estoy feliz, estoy agradecida por su excelente trabajo!!! . Gracias a todo el equipo médico y a Andy mi anestesista q también hizo un trabajo extraordinario, quede muy satisfecha. Los recomiendo 100% My Cosmetic Surgery!!!

First couple weeks is the worst wen u wake up u feel the most sore just make sure u have a lot of help my pain tolerance is really high my family was amazed at my fast improvement but don’t push urself ur best results are when u go by the book good luck ladies ????
I went with Dr. Zayas at My Cosmetic Surgery in Miami. The Coordinator was AMAZING! The staff were nice but it’s definitely a typical Miami doctor’s office. No sense of urgency and lack of professionalism. The doctor was nice but I picked him for skill not personality. His bedside manner could use some work but I’m willing to ignore that considering the great job he did. He did such an amazing job on my breasts. I’m very happy with the results thus far.
Wanted to fill in some gaps I had in the butt area to make my hips look wider. On surgery day I took pain pill an anxiety pill. Then I got undressed and got into my gown. I signed to be photo graphed so pictures were taken before and after markings. Then I went into the or and they started right away. The pain and discomfort I felt varies wit each area that the Camilla entered. It became so ticklish and uncomfortable that I couldn’t stay still. The nurse kept repositioning and redirecting me. Finally they injected me in my arm and in my Iv and I don’t remember anything after that. Next thing I knew I was being put into a garment. It was as very difficult for me to follow commands. My mom came to pick me up I don’t remember how I got into the car or up stairs into my 2nd floor apt Updated on 17 Jan 2018: Woke up feeling a lil stiff took my antibiotics took off garment 2 hours before scheduled appt for massage took a shower put loose fit dress on and I loved the way I looked despite the swelling in the lower and and the drain cramping my style I looked and felt great! The massage was painful but not unbearable it felt like someone is trying to pop a huge zit and the tip of the zig when it burns so much right before it bursts is the feeling each Lipo hole felt as the fluids come out of it. After the massage I felt less stiff they also removed the stitch below my buttocks. Then they put back my garment on the second latch. I have had bowel movements without an issue since I was taking stool softener and laxative sennacot. The massage was done with arnica and I have been drinking arnica tea at least 2 cups a day with chamomile tea at night pineapples during the day and light meals as well. No soda or juice just water and tea for now
I had a revision of tummy tuck scar, lipo of abdomen, back and love handles. I’m completely happy of the outcome. My revision of the tummy tuck looks amazing. I didn’t know what to expect. Dr Zayas at evolution MD in Miramar FL did a great job second time around with him. My next surgery is a breast lift. Updated on 30 Nov 2017: My skin looks a little weird due to the compression board I wear and my garment.
