Dear Patient Almost all the Plastic Surgeons IN USA and Mexico are General Surgeons like me
it seems you have an Hernia. In USA there are some cosmetic surgeons  who are not General Surgeons.
So maybe see a General Surgeon First

Dear Patient if you do not want to loose you skin  with your tatoo do liposuction with lase or ultrasound
I do this here in Mexico I  only do Tummy Tuck when I  have to repair any abdominal Hernia,
We manage the laxity of skin with our particular technique since 9 years ago I did tummy tuck for 20 years.

The Units are important but the technique is more.

Try first a Lipo the  result will remain if  you  gain weight the fat wil go other place in your body.

This will change your image and help you to follow a diet and loose weight befor you get pregnant.

The overweight is almost  always emotional.

You have beautiful body   In my large experience I  do not think 500 or 550 will be good for you
and you are  looking for something natural.
350 will do the job with implantsHigh profile and lifting the breast by the  areola, minimal visible scars
good volume and projection, natural result with clothes and without.

You will need a revision at 6 months the y   post op.
Ask your Doctor what exactly he is planning see others opinions with more experience and
select better your next procedure.
I use to do with fat grafts  from the patient and we arrive to get always a nice simmetry.
If necesary we lift one or both at the same time.
