Dr Schwitzer was very professional, friendly and explained to me everything about the surgery. He and the staff are very nice and I felt very comfortable all the time. He called me the same of the surgery asking me how I was feeling and saw me 3 times in the next 6 days. I got the results I was expecting. I highly recommend him, 6 stars !!!
Dr. Schwitzer is an amazing surgeon and I couldn’t be happier with the results of my liposuction. He’s not only professional and knowledgeable but also kind and attentive. From start to finish, I had an incredible experience and I highly recommend Dr. Schwitzer to anyone looking to have a procedure done.
I have had multiple procedures from top-rated doctors, but nobody came close to the quality of care I received from Dr. Schwitzer. He went above and beyond to safeguard my health and safety, all while delivering great aesthetic results. His communication and concern were unparalleled. He followed up continuously with me to make sure recovery went smoothly, and he gave expert tips to achieve the best outcome aesthetically. I was blown away by Dr. Schwitzer and all his staff. I wish I could give 10 stars.
Dr.Schwitzer did my tummy tuck , lipo , and breast life and i am beyond happy with the results. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to get work done. Throughout the whole process he was amazing and reassuring. If I ever decide to do anything else I will absolutely be going back to him.
Doctor Schwitzer is a wonderful Doctor and human being. I cannot be more happy and satisfied with his work. I needed to have my breasts implant and all scar tissue that forms around it and a breast lift after removal. He did a fenomenal job, the healing process was fast, and my breast looks so beautiful even without a new implant (but it is so perfect that it seems like I have another very natural implant). On a different note, his bedside manner are exceptionally beautiful. He followed up with me after the surgery for a few day to see how I was doing, a very caring person.
He was exceptional. He taked to me during my procedure, called me the next day. He made sure that I was happy with my results. I had very little discomfort. I had to call tge oofice obe in the evening and receive a response quickly. I highly recommend the Doctor and his staff
I had recently had my implants removed and lipo. I really was nervous going into this process and the surgery as well. But my surgeon, Dr Schwitzer and his team was absolutely amazing and I’m grateful for the exceptional care I received. I couldn’t have picked better. I had an incredible experience. From the initial consultation to the post-operative follow-ups, Dr. Schwitzer demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and compassion. I was nervous about the unknown and I was really concerned what I was going to look like after. But I can genuinely tell you that it was worth it. He was a perfection from start to finish. The surgery went smoothly, and I am very pleased with the results. The outcome has positively impacted my life, both physically and emotionally. Thank you Dr. Schwitzer!!
Dr. Schwitzer makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is not in a hurry, answers all your questions, and has a very reassuring and confident manner. But don’t let his demeanor fool you… he is a perfectionist and pays close attention to detail. I highly recommend him and will not be seeing any other clinician for my skin care needs.
My experience with Dr. Schwitzer has surpassed all my expectations. I came to him after having had my implants in for a little over 5 years desperate to have them removed. He listened to all my concerns and educated me on what my options would be. He gave me worse case scenario results on what to expect, but masterfully restored the breast I was naturally meant to have with the implant removal and lift he performed! But that’s not even the best part, his bed side manner is like nothing I’ve ever experienced! He is truly with you every step of the way throughout your healing process! I really can’t put into words how amazing Dr. Schwitzer has been! Highly recommend you see him for your surgical needs!!!!
Dr. Schwitzer has amazing bedside manner and is very professional. My results after the treatment are amazing. The combination of his skill, professionalism and caring demeanor made for an exceptional result. My face looks naturally refreshed and rejuvenated. His experience and gentle approach made me feel very at ease through the process and I’m very happy that I have found a great injector and physician for my cosmetic needs. I highly recommend Dr. Schwitzer.
Unfortunately the best treatment for malar festoons is prevention. Festoons can actually be worsened by lower blepharoplasty as the lower blepharoplasty can worsen swelling/fluid accumulation in the area if you are prone to festoons. Patients undergoing lower blepharoplasty who have pre-existing festoons or are prone to fluid accumulation in the area should be treated with steroids both intra-op (IV steroids) and post-op (oral steroids) and /or diuretics. Persistent malar festoons that cause serious cosmetic issues can be excised with pretty nice results. The scar is typically well-hidden in the lid-cheek junction (where a crease is already present). Hope this helps!
The simple answer is both would do well (ideally together). As we age, many individuals get both excess skin/laxity and lose volume and the volume we have descends (this is why people get "jowls", deep nasolabial folds, malar descent..). Based upon the photos, you appear to be in need of additional volume as well as re-positioning of your facial tissues and removal of the excess skin. The face lift alone will provide long-term relief (up to 10 years) of resolution of excess skin/laxity and re-positioning of facial tissues. Therefore, I would recommend combining a face lift with fat grafting as well. Fat grafting is ideal because it will provide the facial volume and unlike filler is permanent. The issue with filler is that it is temporary, is very expensive, and does not address the excess skin/laxity nor does it address the necessary tissue re-positioning that you would benefit from. Hope this helps!
So the simple answer is that the most "hidden" scar is a post-tragal incision, i.e., one that is behind the tragus. This is the incision that is typically used in women. In men this can be an issue as the beard can be brought back onto/into the tragus, which is not preferable in men. The way around this is to either: 1. physically remove the hair follicles on the portion of the skin that is brought onto the tragus (the risk of this is that by thinning out the tissue you have a higher risk of wound-healing issues); or 2. to have the patient undergo laser hair removal/electrolysis of this area after surgery. Many surgeons want to avoid option "1" and many patients want to avoid option "2" so surgeons will go with a pre-tragal incision (regardless, if closed correctly it should not be visible). However, patients who are comfortable getting laser hair removal/electrolysis following surgery should absolutely have a post-tragal incision. Hope this helps.
Hello, removal of the implant is the most important priority. It should noted that when you have an infection there is inflammation, swelling, scar tissue...this can all impact the appearance of the face and can compromise the results of a face lift. It is certainly possible to perform a face lift at the same time as the implant removal (this saves time/cost as you will have fewer surgeries). However, it probably makes sense to have the implant removed, allow the infection/inflammation to subside/resolve, allow the area to heal and then perform the facelift so that the surgeon can be more sure of the expected results and so that the surgeon can see what the skin/tissue looks like without the inflammation present. In general, cosmetic surgery is better to be performed when infection is also not present.
Hello, unfortunately you appear to have substantial excess neck skin/laxity) on the frontal view (of note, lateral/side views are just as important if not more so for diagnosis/treatment purposes when it comes to the neck). Based upon this photo I would recommend a neck lift to remove the excess skin. Unfortunately I do not believe that less invasive measures (laser, Radiofrequency treatments) will provide the results you may seek. Hope this helps!
