Femilift can afford some patients a level of vaginal tightening. The micro injury from the CO2 Laser stimulates collagen growth which improves tissue thickness and health. As patients see an improvement in natural moisture and bladder confidence they may also see more pleasure and sensitivity with sex. Typically patients who wanted to improve vaginal looseness had only 1 option, a surgical repair. So Femilift gives patients who notice looseness or laxity after childbirth an opportunity to improve sensitivity and vaginal tightness in a non surgical manner.
The local anesthesia protocol that we use combining topical and injected lidocaine has produced minimal discomfort for our patients. The O-Shot uses the body's plasma rich platelets (PRP) which is your own biologics and there have been no reported complications from the O-Shot. Hyper-libido has been reported in a young patient but it did resolve on its own. Most of the injection site discomfort resolves in a couple of days. After the O-Shot patients can resume sexual activity but avoid direct clitoral stimulation until the discomfort resolves.
Its important that you have had your hormone levels checked as a start. I do believe that you could be an O-Shot candidate. I recommend that all aspects of why you are not able to have orgasm should be discussed. If the relationship is healthy and couples counseling is not needed than the O-shot could help your orgasm return or be easier to achieve. This female orgasm system is complicated. After reviewing all of these causes , if you choose the O-Shot you may have enhanced orgasms for up to and beyond a year. Before we offered O-Shot in my practice we had little to offer patients in your similar circumstances.
The O-Shot uses your body's own PRP ( platelet rich plasma ) vs, the G-Shot which uses a man made product hyaluronic acid. There has never been a complication from the use of PRP for the O-shot. We have used the O-Shot in our office with a Femilift -laser vaginal rejuvenation to help our patients with incontinence. The O-shot is placed at the bladder neck and clitoris which can help with incontinence and increase sexual pleasure. The effects of the treatment can last up to a year and beyond.
My goal is to employ multiple methods to make the O-shot pain free. We use a topical anesthetic while the patient's blood is spun down to yield the PRP ( platelet rich plasma ) . After 20 minutes of topical medicine we apply ice and than place a nerve block to the clitorus. Each patient has had a pain free experience with the O-Shot and have been satisfied with our protocol. They are now enjoying a more healthy and enhanced sexual experience with their partners.
