A very reserved, polite man. I felt very comfortable with Mr Telfer. He was very honest and answered all of my questions and I'm delighted with the result and care throughout. He is very thorough, consistent and extremely meticulous in his work. He is quiet and genuinely cares about his patients. I am very particular and I would recommend Mr Telfer to anyone, he has many years experience with a lovely humble attitude. I couldn't ask for more and felt very safe under his care and knew I could trust him as he was so honest about the procedure, pros and cons and what would work for me. Outstanding is an understatement.
It's Op day. I'm excited and nervous. Hope to lose a good few inches. Just waiting on consultant coming to the room now. I'm getting lipo on thighs , tummy , hips and flanks. I have posted pic will post more tomorrow. Measurements hips 41 and waist 29 and thighs 24 inches. I'm sure it will be worth it Updated on 12 Mar 2016: I have added those before op pics just after the consultant had marked me. Went in for my op about 11.30 am and was out for about 2.30pm. My consultant was there when I woke up to make sure I was ok and then came to my room when I was settled to check up on me again which was really good he told me everything went well????I sick twice after the op due to having a high temperature and still having the general in my system but by 530 pm I felt more alert and had tea and toast which I did managed to keep down. My mum dad and bf visited also which made me feel so much better???? the nurses where great checking in on me all the time and taking my temperature they injected 2courses of antibiotics. 1 early in the day the other about 10.30pm. My legs where attached to these compression machines to stop clotting they were like the pumps they put round your arms when checking your blood pressure but now on my legs going up and down constantly. I did have to get an nurse to detach me every time I had to go to the bathroom. Due to the machine on my legs I could hardly sleep must of fell asleep about 2.30am. Woke up at 630am Updated on 13 Mar 2016: Thought I would add some pics. My tummy is flatter but still swollen and lumpy. My thighs look massive but I was expecting this to happen with all the swelling. Updated on 20 Mar 2016: Improved but still feel big ???? Updated on 25 Mar 2016: Still very swelling
I am currently in recovery mode from my breast augmentation, which was carried out only 6 days ago... The recovery is tough ladies, but small steps every day and you will see yourself transforming right in front of your own eyes! It was a massive step to go ahead and finally do this, and what a difference I can see in myself already! Confidence, confidence, confidence! ;) My surgeon, and all the staff at Nuffield Glasgow were absolutely outstanding - can't thank them enough for all their care throughout the whole process!
I have just woken up in the hospital from getting this procedure done this morning for anyone considering it get it! Like many others I have suffered from discomfort and embarrassment from my large labia and have been considering this procedure for a while. I will keep you updated but so far I have woken up in no pain or discomfort. I cannot wait to see the final results.
