Breast implant exchange with capsulorrhaphy - my girls are sitting higher on my chest

I had my first breast augmentation in 2014 and opted for 325cc saline moderate plus style implants (they were underfilled to 300 on one side, 275 on the other). They looked and felt great but a few years ago I gained around 25 pounds after quitting smoking and spent the last few years working out to try and get back in shape. I lost about half the weight I put on but gained a lot of muscle and I noticed my implants creeping further and further apart.They also started to "sag"

I recently got Botox and filler and I am thrilled!

Omg let me tell you how happy and impressed with my visit with Dr. Regan. I recently got Botox and filler and I am thrilled! Not only is he incredibly talented, but he couldn’t be any nicer. I explained what I wanted and what I didn’t. I also voiced my concern about an area on my face I don’t like and he gave me many options of what could be done. He is a magician.
