I had high hopes that I had found the solution I was looking for when I made my first appointment. I was wrong. I went to see this dentist about a specific but common issue in a precise location that should not be difficult to fix. My dental PPO covered everything I had done. I still spent thousands of dollars out of pocket and I still had exactly the same problem as I did before. When I called to complain, I heard a lot of excuses about why I was still in pain and why the treatment didn't work as advertised. The doctor seemed confused about why I was unhappy. There was no understanding or accountability in terms of customer service. I was welcome to come on back and start over, as long as I didn't forget my checkbook, but hey, don't expect any relief or improvement in the situation or else you may be disappointed. I don't mind having a checkup every 6 months, I haven't missed one in years. This office would prefer you come in every 6 days for whatever reason they can think of so they can keep billing your insurance and keep charging copays. At one point I had 3 appointments in 2 weeks. Each one lasted only a few minutes. Sometimes they weren't even providing services and the doctor wasn't even there. Like others that have posted negative reviews of this office, I've had trouble getting the x-rays I had taken to my new dentist. I was actually told it would be "illegal" for them to allow me to have copies of the images of my teeth that I paid them to produce. My lawyer laughed when I asked if this was true. Of course it's a scam. The people that work there are nice enough but they seem technology-challenged and kind of lazy. The place is only open 4 days a week and it's closed other non-holidays.
