I was a size 36 N, I got a breast reduction on 9/22/17. I told my surgeon I wanted to be a cC or D cup. Not sure what size I am but I see a huge difference. I will take the dressings of tomorrow to see how my breast look. I felt pain right after I woke up from the anesthesia the nurse gave me pain meds and nausea meds just in case of vomiting. I was in recovery for 2 hrs. Then I was discharged to go home. The first day was a little ruff not much pain just nausea and dizziness
