Dr Chang is amazing at his craft. He has an incredible attitude and is a down to earth talented plastic surgeon who actually cares about the patient. God bless this doctor and I am with him for life. Thank you Dr Chang I appreciate you and your time.
I had double eyelid surgery with Dr. Chang, and the entire process was professional and efficient. Dr. Chang communicated with me in Chinese throughout, which made me feel much more relaxed. I am very satisfied with the final results. It was a wise choice! Thank you, Dr. Chang and the nurse!
Dr. Chang administered lip filler, and I'm loving the results! He was so kind and patient throughout the whole procedure to make sure I felt comfortable. I am in love with the outcome!

I am truly thankful for so many aspects of my experience with Dr. Jerry W Chang that I really do not know where to begin. So I will start with the part that I am most excited about… my results! I am so glad I choose Dr. Chang. He have made me feel so much better about my appearance and since the surgery I have a relief of back pains… Dr. Chang is a great and very gifted surgeon, and I am so happy that i chose him to do my breast. I would highly recommend anyone to him! Again, Thank you Dr. Chang and staff you are very kind and I greatly appreciate your time and caring attention to my wants & needs. -Sheretta
Dr. Jerry Chang is one of the best doctors I have encountered. I would highly recommend him to my friends and colleagues. He is genuinely interested in his patient's well being. His staff is very warm and friendly and accomodating.
I did lipo of the flanks with Dr. Chang and still have numbing on my right side I woke up out of anesthesia with the right side of my torso in pain, I immediately told whatever staff was there and they said it was “normal” to feel this. Dr. Chang was not there to speak with me, he must’ve left right after the procedure. A few hours later, still in lots of pain, I felt very weak and lost consciousness, I was taken by an ambulance to the hospital where I needed 2 blood transfusions and spent the weekend. I suffered internal bleeding and a MASSIVE hematoma on the right side of my torso (where I felt pain). There is no way in hell that he could not see what was happening during the liposuction procedure. Needless to say, I was left with uneven fat and lumps. His response to me was that I gained weight! I would steer clear of this doctor and his inexperience.
I have seen Dr. Chang both in person and via telemedicine calls and I can honestly say that he provides some of the best care and support that I’ve ever experienced. I hate scheduling doctors appointments and Jerry and his staff have made it so easy to do. They take out the guessing and anxiety that comes with scheduling appointments and procedures which means the world to me. They work around my schedule and my timelines and don’t push me into anything I don’t want to do. They present the options in layman’s terms and explain the pros and cons of each. I feel extreme comfort in having Dr. Chang as my surgeon and I am looking forward to my actual surgery later this summer.
I was given a date of October 5 for DIEP surgery at the end of July which was perfect cuz neither my husband or I would be losing a lot of time off from our jobs cuz of the holidays & we were both off for them. I also found child care for my severely autistic son. 3 weeks ago I haven't heard anything from the dr in terms of any type of pre op. I called Mary Ann in the billing department and she kept ducking my phone calls. I then called Chang's secretary Kim on 9/15. I told her what happened with Mary Ann & stressed to her the importance of keeping my surgery on the 5th. She said she'd get back to me on Monday. I called her on Monday & the 1st words out of her mouth was that the surgery was cancelled. I really thought it had to do with the insurance cuz nothing was done at this point. I reiterated why the surgery needed to happen on 10/5. She said she'd speak to the dr & get back to me. Later that day, this woman named Randi, also in the billing dept called me & said she would get the ball rolling in regards to the insurance. I told her why it was important to have the surgery on the day it was scheduled. I also told her I wanted to file a complaint against Mary Ann & spoke to the executive director about her incompetence. I stressed to him as well about keeping the date the same. The next day, both Randi & Kim call me & the first words out there mouth (with a nasty nasty attitude) was that I was told a few times the surgery was cancelled cuz the dr couldn't do it. I said I was never told that & that I thought it was an insurance issue. Things escalated from there & I said something about not caring about the doctor's time & this Randi woman says my time doesn't matter cuz I haven't had the surgery yet. I told her to stop & realize what she just said to me. She said well u said the dr's time doesn't matter.... At that point I was done, I can't trust these people to manage my care. I even called the executive director back & he couldn't be bothered with me. I emailed the doctor & nothing. I don't want this happening to anyone else...
