Dr. Chao is the best surgeon I've ever come across. He is very particular about his work and beyond skilled as well. I didn't have to look much further after finding him because his credentials spoke for himself. After my first pre-op appointment, I knew he was the one. He's very knowledgeable, generous and really makes you feel welcomed! 2 weeks ago, I had a genioplasty and manibular reduction done and everything came out perfect. The surgery went well and Dr. Chao and his staff made the aftercare effortless. Being the immaculate doctor he is, I only had to use my pain medicine for less than a week after my surgery which I find very impressive. His staff at his office and the staff at GW is amazing. They take the most upright care of you and show you unconditional love and support and it really makes the experience 10x better! I wasn't scared at all for my surgery because I trusted Dr. Chao and his staff 100%. He's very confident in his work, so you know the results are going to come out perfect! I cannot thank Dr. Chao enough as he really changed my life forever. If you're looking for a doctor who's board certified and makes it his top priority to deliver the exact results you are looking for, he is the one you want to go to!
