This should not have anything to do with the MonaLisa.   The MonaLisa is a non-hormonal treatment.   It could be from your bodies own hormonal fluctuations.  

Yes you may return to work.  I do suggest waiting 4 days for vaginal sex activity after a treatment.

I suggest waiting 24 hours (1 day) before taking a bath.   I also suggest you avoid using very hot water until the healing is complete.   Congrats on starting your MonaLisa treatments.  My patients are having great results!

The MonaLisa Touch is very likely to help with vaginal dryness, atrophy and pain with intercourse resulting from lack of estrogen.  It acts to increase the blood supply to the vaginal tissues and increase the fluid retaining portions of the vagina.  Thus, lubrication, decreased irritation, and potentially decrease in laxity should result.  It is not designed to increase libido, although by decreasing the discomfort that you may have with intercourse, you may experience more desire for sex.   It can be used in conjunction with estrogen therapy and herbal supplements safely.
