My goal was to restore my bust size after 2 kids without looking hideous for my small frame. I am 5'2 and 103lbs. Dr. Granzow gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. I had met with the other surgeon prior and I knew he was my surgeon because he took his time explained everything to me. It's nice to have a doctor that not only cares about the procedure, but also cares about my concerns, he was was phenomenal!! At my Pre-op, we decided on 300cc but Dr. Granzow asked me to provide three pictures, one is a cup size too big, second one is my desire picture and the last one is one cup size too small, so during the surgery he will look at the pictures and make the size what I was looking for. Day of my surgery I was so nervous, after Dr. Granzow drew some lines on me, I told him I really don't want them too big...haha. I woke up from surgery, didn't feel much pain, just tightness in the chest. I went home, took a nap and started doing Dr. Granzow recovery recipe, I was able to raise my arms the day of surgery. Off pain meds on day 3 and was able to drive by day 5. I was amazed the fast post-op recovery. I am only 10 days post-op but I absolutely love my results. Updated on 21 Oct 2016: I have 286cc on both sides, Natrelle smooth round silicon. My doctor told me this is the most cc he could fill in to give me the look I want. The swelling has gone down, I was back at my pre-op weight by day 6. Right now I just wait for them to soften and drop. Updated on 23 Oct 2016: Almost two week post op, and I always wake up from the morning boobs you girls talking about. When will it go away? Updated on 26 Oct 2016: This is my before and after pictures with the same bralette, I was flat chested after breastfed two kids, they really sucked out of my breasts. I was so naive, thinking my girls will bounce back to where they were before...well....they shrank too much!!!! I felt self conscious so I started my research in Jan 2016, I think this is the best decision I've ever made besides married to my husband. Lol
I am still recovering from my recent SAPL surgery done by Dr. Granzow but the great results are already visible. After suffering of lymph edema in my left leg for 15 years I am about to start a new life thanks to Dr. Granzow. How can I best describe the feeling of seeing my knee again after so long time! I lost 20s and almost entire 30s to this disease, loosing my self-confidence and pleasure in so many things and and can't believe that I am already now able to shop for skinny jeans and can enjoy a boats trip with friends without feeling like an alien. I came extra for the surgery to Los Angeles from Hong Kong and would do double the way anytime! Dr. Granzow's surgical skills are not only bordering magic, but he is also one of the nicest, kindest and most patient persons I know. Also his entire team was more than supportive and is still taking superb care of me, since I am still in recovery process. Dr. Granzow, Julie, Gretchen, Shayla, Yvette etc: Thank you so much for giving me a new perspective in my life!
With what I do for a living, and the importance of social media and image sharing I started to realize that although the side profile of my nose was perfect, head on it was way too wide. It took me two years of contemplating and finally after I was sent to THE MOST INCREDIBLE doctor for Botox and also fillers I decided to pull the trigger. I could not be happier with my results and just had the cast pulled off today! It looks amazing. I can't wait to see what it looks like once the swelling has subsided. Also despite the fact that I'm a bruiser, with his minimally invasive method I barely have any!
While skin tissue can be removed from both the outside and inside of the nose, this is rarely required. As an Otolaryngology (ENT) and Plastic Surgery boarded surgeon, I prefer to shape the structures of the nose if possible and only remove tissue when necessary. This is true both when addressing the external appearance and also the very important function and breathing of the nose.
Typically, for my patients that have undergone septorhinoplasty, a light cloth or eye mask would not be an issue at 3 weeks after surgery.
