Straightening a crooked nose is a challenging surgery that usually requires cartilage grafting from the septum or rib as you have to replace or support the damaged and crooked cartilage. Often, even in the best of hands some asymmetry or crookedness may persist but at 6 weeks postop, you should have noticed a significant improvement. In fact, you should have noticed it when the external splint came off at one week. Unfortunately, no amount of taping will correct it and revision surgery will likely be necessary. Timing for revision doesn't have to be 6 months or longer.

Be cautious about anyone who tries to sell an additional procedure or treatment in an area that were not your concern. Also, removing fat often makes the skin look more wrinkled and aged. There are many types of doctors who dabble in this business rather than specializing in it like facial plastic surgeons. These types of doctors often are looking to offer treatments that are not standard and have minimal to no results or studies on the safety of them. Go to a reputable facial plastic surgeon.

Rhinoplasty after septoplasty can be performed but cartilage grafts may need to come from another source besides the septum such as the ears. I would not advise to have a rhinoplasty at the same time as sinus surgery as they are completely different surgeries with different goals and you want your surgeon to be focused solely on either the cosmetic aspect or the sinus aspect in order to get the best results possible. Also, most sinus surgeons are not that adept at performing rhinoplasty.

Juvederm or other hyaluronic acid fillers work well for minor irregularities both before and after rhinoplasty. HA fillers can be expected to last around 6-9 months for this purpose. If longer duration is desired then permanentt microdroplet silicone injections could be considered.

I have used both Botox and dysport for blepharospasm. The onset for dysport is usually 3 days. A very small dose is only needed. Both last around 6 months in my experience. Get someone with experience and preferably a facial plastic surgeon.

I personally studied and authored a scientific paper on fat transfer using a 3D camera to measure what exactly happens to it.  This is the only objective study performed and any other comments are not based on scientific evidence.  On average only 32% of the injected fat retains long-term.  There is initially swelling and bruising which typically improves over 6-8 weeks and then the fat resorbs over 3 months.  Fat cells that survive then regenerate and improve volume as well as skin texture over the next 12 months.  What is present at 1-2 years typically lasts forever.  See my publication for more details:  Meier JD, Glasgold RA, Glasgold MJ.  Autologous fat grafting: Long-term evidence of its efficacy in midfacial rejuvenation.  Arch Facial Plast Surg.  2009;11(1):24-28.

In your case, the volume and swelling is likely to decrease significantly over the next 4-6 weeks and I would wait at least a few months before considering other treatments. 

You have a tear trough volume loss as you have begun to lose some of the "baby fat" from your face.  This can be easily corrected with Restylane hyaluronic acid filler.  I have personally performed thousands of these injections and by far this is the best option for you.  Results last around 1 year as we studied this with 3D camera imaging and it is published in the plastic and reconstructive surgery journal.  See this publication for details:  Donath AS, Glasgold RA, Meier JD, Glasgold MJ.  Quantitative evaluation of volume augmentation in the tear trough with a hyaluronic acid based filler: a three-dimensional analysis.  Plast Reconstr Surg. 2010;125(5):1515-22.

You have a very small amount of lid ptosis which is likely hereditary.  Fraxel or thermage will not benefit you at all. Blepharoplasty is not indicated and would only cause scarring.  I would personally leave it alone until the skin excess because more problematic (10 years?) and a blepharoplasty would be indicated. 

Given your photographs, dorsal hump reduction combined with refinement of the nasal tip would be a nice result.  Cartilage grafting is important to maintain where you set the tip. Deprojection as long as you maintain definition in the tip could also be performed.  Please seek out a qualified rhinoplasty surgeon who can demonstrate numerous before and after photographs of their patient results.
