I was looking forward to the doctor doing surgery. Doctor Lee is competent but the office staff she works with is terrible! Throughout the process they hid information, showed condescendence, even lied to the doctor about what my needs were. I had asked for additional information and every time just got the feeling the are trying to cut the conversation loose even on days when they were no patients and the office is empty. I have had a lot of trouble getting the care I need even if the doctor seems forthcoming at the beginning. When I inquired all pricing, procedure and costs the front office staff gave me the information really hastily and once I made a deposit they told me I need additional bloodwork done, last minute! That was not appropriate, instead I was dismissed as a too difficult patient once I raised concerns. there is no way for patients to raise or discuss concerns without being immediately dismissed as too difficult rather than looking for a common solution. Not forth the visit. The doctor seems competent but the office staff makes you discouraged to pursue any further process.
