I've always been a b or c cup and although quite small I've never craved big boobs. As I am a pear shape I always found it difficult to buy dresses as my bottom half was always a size or 2 bigger than my top half but it never bothered me enough to choose surgery. It was only after breastfeeding my children and subsequently loosing weight that I became really self conscious. My boobs disappeared to nothing, I was embarrassed to go to the gym and embarrassed to wear a swimming costume.
I found a PS on recommendation from a friend he advised that to achieve the natural and subtle look I should go for silicone teardrop implants placed over the muscle. By the time surgery came I was keen for a bigger implant but my surgeon talked me out of it as he was worried about the rippling effect and potential sagging. In the end he used 270ccs in each breast.

Really happy with my results, am currently measuring 32dd. No one has noticed I've had the surgery but my clothes fit so much better and has done wonders for my confidence. Ideally I would have liked slightly bigger but the look is natural and as the implants are over the muscle I'm hoping they are now at the final size. Thoroughly recommend professor James frame

I'd been wanting a tummy tuck after baby number 2 and after baby 3 I look 6 months pregnant constantly so went to professor from as he done tummy tucks without drains and I just felt he was the right surgeon. He was amazing put me at ease and was very professional and very through. I love my out come but my scar is higher then I would have likes but he did explain to me before surgery that this my happen. I couldn't recommend this Plastic surgeon enough, I'm so happy with the results

Had a breast reduction with Prof. Frame. Quick recovery, no infections, no problems and NO drains.Brilliant surgeon.Scaring is amazingly fine, after fully healed it would be difficult to see it.
Went home 24h later. Stopped painkillers after few days. Nurses very friendly and helpful. Had 3 follow up appointments 1 week, 2 week and 4 week. Now at 7 week post op i have no need of wearing the post op bra. I fully recommend prof Frame.

I had my Brazilian tummy tuck done on the 23rd june and im now nearly 6 weeks post surgery. Professor james frame has done an AMAZING job im so please my scar is perfect my shape is perfect and there is still swelling to go down. My recovery was very quick back to normal after 2 weeks and i had very little pain after day 3 i came off all pain meds by day 8. I would recommend professor frame to ANYONE wanting a tummy tuck.

He works from Harley street and springfield hospital Chelmsford I had mine at springfield. My tummy tuck cost £8600 but was worth EVERY penny.

I had a thigh lift and short scar arm lift in 2016, I then had a ‘revisional’ thigh lift procedure in 2017, all under Professor Frame, and the results were very poor to say the least. I am not disputing that he is an excellent PS in his field and achieves great results, however, if I had known he had such little experience of thigh and arm lifts I would never have gone through with the surgery.
The aftercare was poor. I was not advised on taping the wound to reduce scarring. Following my revisional thigh surgery I was not even given a follow up appointment. I was given another patient’s discharge paper, I never received mine. When I expressed my disappointment I was told I had body dysmorphia, which is simply not true, the results were dreadful and I have photos to support this statement.
I have since undergone an arm lift with another PS, and the results have been fantastic, and I have gained a lot of confidence finally. I shall also be having a thigh procedure with the same surgeon early next year.
My advice to anyone undergoing surgery is to thoroughly research your PS, ask for before & after photographs, seek the advice of other patients, Realself provides a great platform to really do your homework, sadly I didn’t, I just went by a referral from another PS who knew Professor Frame.

All cons no pros im affraid,the worst decision of my life,house bound for 9 years and crippled unable to move bend or stretch,i cant see or hear properly and my hair hasnt grown for all of these years.i cant sleep but im always tired,when i do sleep i cant wake up,i wake up soaking wet from the silicone sweating through my skin,my story is very disturbing and frightening.i had my implants taken out in 2008 and im still very ill today,my life has been turned upside down and has effected my whole family.the side effects from these toxic bombs go on forever i just wish i new the truth about them way back in 1991 when i had them done.dow corning have a lot to answer for,my surgeon told me that they would last a life time,what poooop.dont do it lovely ladies i know i should be dead you might not be as lucky.22 years on and ive still got silicone moveing around my body and i can feel it.god bless and take care because all breast implants are deadly so be warned and please take notice from someone who cares for your health and wellbeing.susanx
