I had a colovaginoplasty with IM Gender clinic in September 2024, I chose the clinic as it was recommended to me first hand. I able to book the surgery in a timely fashion and my patient co-ordinator was always available for any questions I had. The clinic itself is very modern and is a great atmosphere for recovering in. The doctors and nurses were also very attentive and on my final day answered my long list of questions and reassured me about any concerns I had. 6 months on I am pleased with the results and looking forward to the future.

I would recommend Ivan Mañero to everyone who is planning to undergo phalloplasty. I'm very happy with the estheatics of the result. All surgeons in the team have a certain specialisation. Even though phalloplasty is not the most common surgery, the team has a lot of experience with it and know very well what they are doing. They know how to prevent common complications from occurinf. If a complication does occur they know how to treat it very well. I'm also happy with the aftercare. All the nurses are very empathetic and constantly checking how its going. I felt like i'm in the best hands throughout the entire recovery.

I have nothing but praise for the skills of Dr Ivan Mañero, from start to finish, his bedside manners and surgical treatment is second to none in my opinion. I had multiple procedures going on concurrently which for me was excellent. Updated on 22 Apr 2024: Update when back at home, I am getting more comfortable, but occasionally I feel I need to wear the compression band overnight or even for a few hours during the day. I would say I still have another few months until things settle to a point of normality. So far I am happy with my breasts now.

Amazing. Have had 2 procedures and both times the care and the clinic have been amazing. From my first enquiry till the end of my second procedure I have been looked after or able to contact them for any queries I have had. My next surgery already booked.

My procedure was with Dr Herrero at the IM Clinic. Overall I would say my experience was good. The surgeon and the nurses and doctors at the clinic were great, answered all my questions and I am happy with my results. The admin team however, leaves a lot to be desired. They are pretty disorganised and rude, moved my surgery date 3 times and were not upfront or clear with communication. I was a month away from surgery when they told me that massages might be included in my price and they needed to book them ASAP. Only then to find out that the surgeon did not recommend massages for my case. They are using Whatsapp to communicate, which is a bit unprofessional and they did not provide a breakdown of costs when I asked for it. The main receptionist, Aida needs some sensitivity and awareness training.
