I have Olive skin and have spent most of my life jogging in the sun. At age 29 I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had to get it removed and radiation treatment for two years. About 5 years later I started getting dark spots on my cheek bone area to covering my whole face! I’ve tried peels, microdermabrasion, hydroquoine, and all brighten my skin but wouldn’t remove my spots. All full coverage make up was not enough as I had to cake it on.
So I went to visit Dr. Minina and introduced me to Cosmelan kit. It cost $450 but I was desperate!
In office they put a mask on my entire face and went home. I had to wear the mask for 8 hours. After I would was it off. I then had to use moisturizer and the Cosmelan 2 maintanence cream. The moisturizer that came in the kit finished after a few days so the dr. Told me to use Aquaphor healing ointment. (Love it). The day after washing the mask my face was lobster red. Did not hurt but it’s best not to get any sun for the first week. I was red for almost a week. I suggest not go to work for one week if possible. If you have to go outside for whatever reason you must wear sunscreen.
After a week, my face was 98% flawless!! I would go to buy groceries out without makeup and would get so many stares!! Your skin is left spot free and glowing. I love it.
After a month of using the maintenance cream, my skin maintained. When I stopped using the maintenance cream, my Malesma would start creeping back. But no problem! Start using the maintenance cream again religiously and it will clear up again. A year later my skin still looks good. In addition to the maintenance cream I also use other products from them that inhibit the pigmentation from coming back. I use the melan tran3x serum and night and followed by the trans3xcream.
I see others reviews where they complain and state their melasma come back. Honestly, they may not be following the skin care as instructed. You must use maintenance cream, sunblock everyday, and if you have stubborn Malesma like me, than use additional serum from the company as the one I described.

Dr Minina is a professional! I have been her patient for several years, and every visit has been amazing. Her staff is wonderful. Dr Minina knows how to make me look my best. I am so pleased to call her my doctor!

Only Day 1, actually 10hrs post application. Will be sure to continue to update my process along the way. I've been dealing with this for about 1yr now. Have never used so much makeup prior and I'm hopeful this will help. I want my old face back! Never leave on vacay without your makeup to buy cheap without SPF, THIS IS WHERE IT WENT DOWN HILL FOR ME.

Totally loving my results! Using moisturiser and 50spf sunscreen daily plus just started wearing my It Cosmetics makeup for the extra SPF. Totally in love with my results. I get daily compliments on my skin and shine.

I have a lot of su spots and age spots !!love to be outdoors and being outdoors had my face getting the consequences of face sun damage.we love to swim also as a family and in texas most of the year is summer and is always really hot . Even with sun protection as 50spf after we get to certain age is really hard to protect our face

I started getting Botox from Dr. Minina in 2016. I was impressed by her kindness, professionalism and the time she spent explaining how I should be evaluating my Botox provider. Totally impressed with the complete experience. Dr. Minina and her assistant were attentive to my concerns and very informative. I have had Botox throughout the past 14 years from 4 other providers. This was by far one of the better experiences. No discomfort whatsoever. Plus no wait time. I was in and out with such ease. I have definitely found my new Botox provider.

Excellent! Dr. Minina is very calm and patient. She makes you feel at ease and takes her time while doing the procedures. The staff is wonderful also. I've had kybella done with noticeable results. Botox....what a difference! As for coolsculpting, I need 20 more days to see results.

I lost 100 lbs recently and has left my face hollow in the cheek areas. I'm 36 year old female. The dr. Numbed the area before injecting me and was fairly painfree. It's 10 hours post injection and the area is still tender and have some parts a bit hard but was explained that this will subside in a week. I will post pictures soon.
