My childhood - picked on for being overweight. My teenage years - still the same, and early twenties - always self conscious because I had extra fat and love handles that exercise never corrected. The fears of liposuction and invasive procedures scared me - this one made a lot more sense. I am not posting my cost for this procedure as I received multiple procedures

I was asked to submit photos - I'm waiting to receive the before photos - and will take some later today. Lol, I had actually hit submit by accident before finishing my review - but here are some DURING photos, Including the meal I was comfortable having on the way home!

Over the past week I have been trying to keep busy - eating eell - exercising and embracing a transformation.
From my lifestyle changes, I've lost a few pounds, I can see slight results from the procedure - and that's with a set of realistic eyes. I'm not sure what else to share at this point.. One of the best side effects is it inspiring me to better myself!

I am now humming along with amazing progress with my second round of CoolSculpting. Pictures on their way soon - advice to others?
1. It works - be encouraged, do healthy things and as anxious as you may be to see results? Just let it work and follow the "light exercise" or "walking" advice - it helps circulate the dead fat OUT.
2. Mirrors and scales - I avoided them second time around.
3. Nutrition - help your immune system, I focused on lots of green tea, curry powders, and sleep.
4. Pick a good provider that values your health and well being. If they offer advice, run with it.
5. Look up Zeltiq's website and look at their machine and CoolSculpting logo - do not confuse this with other treatments or brands.
I have shared knowledge of my procedure with men, women, coworkers and friends--everyone has been supportive and intrigued. The results are amazing.
