I have alopecia (hereditary baldness) that started in my mid 20s and peaked in my early 30s. I was planning on performing a corrective transplant in Belgium at one of the most prominent, prestigious hair transplant centers in the world. I came across Dr. Ibrahim's profile on instagram and I was blown away by the results shown. I was also very hesitant at first because hair transplant is a complicated procedure that requires alot of technique as well as artistry. and i wanted the best! knowing that poor choices can lead to botched results! after several consultations with the doctor I decided to undergo the procedure at JAY-CLINICS and today 6 months post op, I can very enthusiastically confirm that the results at such an early stage are beyond my expectations. Dr. Ibrahim is a very professional physician that is obviously very passionate about his work but above all someone who is very humane, considerate and possesses an outstanding skill that is both rigorous and technical as well as artistic with an exceptional, perceptive eye for natural beauty ; that, I think is the secret recipe to the fascinating hair transplant results obtained at his clinic!
I reached to Jay Clinic after a brief google search. I have had a diffuse thinning all over the scalp, and I was specially concerned about the crown area, as I have heard a lot that transplantation in the crown area doesn't work well. Long stort short, i had a detailed consultation mith Mohamad in Jay Clinics, which I can say was owesome, he systemically covered all the points from my concerns, to planning, practical stuff and future plans too. The surgery was done over 2 days with Dr Jebai and i was informed that a total of 4500 grafts was implantedRecovery was okay, not bothering at all. I had to skip 5 days of work, thats all.Highly recommend, honest and scientificThanks
I am a lebanese citizen. I have been searching for hair transplant for nearly 4 years. I came across Dr Ibrahim Jebai on youtube. I came in for consultation, that is when the journey started. The thing I loved is the accuracy of the process at his clinic, from the consultation till the last step of the procedure. The procedure was done over 2 days, I received 2500 grafts in the first day and 1900 grafts the next day, 4400 grafts in total. the procedure was very smooth yet it took a lot of time that was the only thing that annoyed me. After the procedure i came in for hair wash and kept coming in for checkups with Dr. Jebai. Updated on 1 Jul 2020: I got my before and after photos recently from the clinic, the photos were taken on the day of the procedure, I used to visit the clinic every 2 months for PRP sessions, I think the after photos were takes around a year or so after the surgery
Really great from start to finish, every appointment leading up to the surgery was very professional and the day of the surgery went really good. Initially I met with Dr Ibrahim, and he was keen to give a full plan for now and the future. The plan was to transplant 4000 grafts to cover 75 percent of my Norwood 7 bladness. He recommended I do another 2500 grafts after a year or so to cover the remaining vertex area. I did my first procedure in 2017 and and the second in 2019. I now have a full head of hair and surprisingly my donor area looks excellent and I can always wear my hair short on the sides. It was a great experience, you will see for yourself from the photos. To be fair I can say that my first procedure was sufficient to change my looks and restore my confidence, but the ease of the first procedure encouraged me to fill the rest of my vertex area. Now after 6500 grafts on my head, I have an awesome result and have gained several compliments on my hair, also I no longer wear hats! Overall I would definitely recommend Jay Clinic- Dr. Ibrahim Jebai and its brilliant service and friendly atmospher
I am a US citizen working abroad for the past few years. I have been researching hair transplant procedures for over 2 years. Due to the active reviews over hair restoration procedures in turkey and the low cost factor, i came to believe that this is the place to go... i was in lebanon this past couple of weeks and spoke to over 10 patients who went to turkey and unfortunately the procedure was an extreme failure. It is common sense when we conduct a hair transplant for 1800 usd with a promise of 4000 grafts per day well what do you expect from a nurse to do!!, i am sure at best 50/50 chance... i was lucky enough to go to Jay Clinic in beirut for a free consultation and had a meeting with dr. Ibrahim Jebai who is cettified and accredited from the majority of the international hair association and his family been conducting hair restorations for over 30 years. Plesse see below my experience with Jay Clinic .
To better answer you, we should know your age. Assuming you are in your late 20's or early 30's, I would recommend Finasteride, especially if you feel your hairline has worsened in the past two years. This is not a receding hairline as the first answer claims, there is miniaturization of the frontal line and frontotemporal area, therefore there is evidence of Androgenetic Alopecia. You should work on slowing it down if your family history suggests a much larger pattern in the future (Norwood 4+). Bottom line is that Finasteride will help improve all your hair (including the hairline somehow). Keep in mind that you will need a hair transplant at some stage. Also you better be seen live by a specialized doctor for a full assessment.
