Coolsculpting and Kybella would work great for the armpit fat in your photo. You will have less downtime with Coolsculpting and it may cost you less then the Kybella treatments. Keep in mind that Coolsculpting freezes the fat away without the need for injections of foreign substances, unlike Kybella. At our clinic we provide both treatments, however Coolsculpting would be my treatment of choice for fat reduction. Good luck to you.
