Report Microneedling is great to correct scars such as acne scars and also to stimulate collagen. after the treatment it is possible for skin to be red and maybe dry for couple days but should be healed within 3 days. I am not sure how aggressive your physician treated you, there are different length that needle could penetrate in your skin and if you go deeper that you should could actually damage the skin, also would depend how many passes she performed . I recommend you follow up with your physician.
