You are cursed by an artistic eye! Most don't even notice the beginning of sagging until it is well on the way. By starting a therapeutic modality early, your results will be better and longer lasting. The reason is that your collagen is not as broken down and can react during the healing process in a more powerful manner. For the most part, the younger our patient, the better the result.

Give it at least 2 weeks. It could be lopsided because of trauma from the needle causing a small bleed underneath the skin and will correct itself when the blood is absorbed. Your doctor can always give you an injection to make it (the filler) go away and make the correction.

What is this? What should I do? (photos)

I am surprised that you do not complain of more pain. My first  impression is that this is a vascular occlusion and an injection of hyaluronidase should immediately be injected; however, it is probably too late by now and proper wound care would be very important right now.

Lumps from the injection of Radiesse can be common if the dilution of the substance is not correct.or if placed too superficially in the skin. A cortisone injection or a combination of cortisone and 5 flurouracil can be very helpful in the dissolution of the lump. Physical pressure with a sharp needle tip can also help to break up the nodule. Eventually, it can take over a year, the nodule will disappear.

This is a common problem, especially in patients who have a prominent forehead crease. This indicates that they use their forehead muscles strongly to keep their forehead up. Knock them out with botox and you will suffer a brow droop. Technique here is extremely important. Treating in two sessions, about two weeks apart would be very helpful.

In all likelihood, this probably is the result of Sculptra but after one year one must make sure that this is not a rapidly expanding tumor of some sort and you should consult the doctor that did the injection for possible further consultation.
Once established that this is a result of Sculptra, one can inject an anesthetic and then go in and break up the nodule in various ways that you can discuss with your doctor. This can be combined with two other injections (an anti-inflammatory mixed with 5 FU) that your doctor will be familiar with.

There are many hyaluronic acid derivatives that may be used to inject the tear troughs and technique is of utmost importance. Injections must be deep otherwise the substance can obstruct the lymphatic flow at the junction of the very thin skin of the eyelid and the thick skin of the cheek resulting in large watery bags under the eyes. Also, the correction must be performed in stages for the same reason.
I have found Restylan Silk to be an ideal substance for this purpose. Its longevity varies person to person but we can expect one to two years depending upon how quickly the patient metabolizes the product. Once the filler is gone you will look slightly better than when you started because your own cells will grow into the product leaving you with a bit more fullness than before you started.

We have many fillers available to us. The most important consideration in the injection of lips is technique and the ability to have an artistic eye as to placement. Ask your friends or other physicians who THEY would recommend.

Both products are excellent and do a good job filling. I have used both with great success but prefer Voluma for one reason AND ONE REASON ONLY: It is reversible!

The Botox is rapidly absorbed by the muscle so you can perform the waxing procedures the following day without worry.
