Will I see a difference with 0.5 ml Juvederm lip filler? (photos)

1/2 a syringe will give you subtle but natural results. Remember that although 1 syringe(1 ml) sounds like a lot in reality it takes almost 5 syringes to fill 1 teaspoon.

I agree with you, you already have full lips.
Have your doctor give you a hand mirror to see what your lips look like while smiling after 1/2 syringe.  You may be quite pleased, if not she/he can inject the other half.  Remember that it also takes about 2 weeks for the filler to settle.

Can Botox injections to the face cause swelling of hands and fingers?

Swelling from botox is possible but the risk is very low. One vial of Botox (100unit) contains 0.5mg of human albumin and the product insert does have a warning of potential hypersensitivity reactions such as serum sickness, soft tissue edema (swelling), urticaria (hives).
I agree with Dr. Geers, you should consult with your doctor.

So frustrated with uneven lips after Juvederm! Even massages aren't helping! Any suggestions? (photos)

I agree with Dr. Green
you should return to have injected with hyaluronidase to make the uneven lump dissolve.
This is a quick procedure. Ask the nurse who injected you if she has, if not you should go to a dermatologist to do this for you.  If done by the non injector you will pay a fee to have this done.
