Grams and CC's are measuring two different things: Grams measures weight CC's measures volume in cubic centimeters. Fat tissue is typically lighter than that of a breast implant as the material (silicone or saline) inside the breast implant is denser than the fat tissue. In addition, implants have different base sizes and outward "projections." Two different implants with the same CC's, the smaller base widths will have a larger outward projection than the one with a smaller base width. So the answer to "will they be the same size" is "it depends." The best way to match your old size is to discuss with your surgeon, compare different implant sizes and get a feel for what would match your previous size.
