The number of vials needed to achieve optimal results is dependent on the initial severity of the sub-mental fullness. You are correct, it typically takes between 1 -2 vials per treatment and I usually recommend 2 to 3 treatments total. With that said I have had some cases where only 1 vial and 1 treatment was needed however, these cases began with a very very small amount of sub-mental fullness. I recommend waiting the 6 weeks and reevaluating with your Physician to determine if you need a second treatment.

Based on your photo, your submental chin fat is minimal. A Non- surgical option like Kybella in combination with Sublime Tightening or Velashape after kybella would be the best option for you. I recommend that you have a formal consultation with a trust worthy Physician in your area. This will help you make a firm decision.

Sculpsure is one of the Best Sculpting lasers on the market. It is the least likely to cause any irregularity or unevenness. If you have more fat on one side you may need either more applicators on that particular side or one additional treatment on the larger side. We see wonderful results in terms of sculpting and fat loss in our practice. I'm sure you will be pleased with your results.

Kybella is a great option to decrease your double chin and help define your jaw line! Typically you would need at least two vials of Kybella per treatment and you can expect to need a minimum of 2 treatments to a see notable improvement. Once the Kybella is complete a Gentle RF treatment like Sublime Tightening would be recommended to help further improve skin laxity and give more definition to the jaw line.
