I had my appointment with Dr. Mehio in September 2021. First, Mia aesthetics are challenging to get in contact with, and they can be frustrating because people don't always answer the phone or get back to you promptly. It would be best to have patience when dealing with their call center. However, I could reschedule to a later date when I needed to, which was helpful. I saw Dr. Mehio the morning of my surgery, and I was extremely nervous. I started crying before the Dr. put me to sleep; he wiped my tears and told me not to cry and that everything was going to be OK, and that was very reassuring. His bedside manner is an A+++++ because I was so scared and nervous. As for my results… I do love my Lipo. You can't see my scars, and that is nice. As for my butt, I do like the results, even and plump, not too big or small. It is not perfect, but he is not God. I have to be realistic. However, my hips are misshapen. They were worse about six months after I had my BBL. I went and got a revision, and he evened out my hips as best as he could during awake Lipo, which was horrific. I'm not blaming him because as soon as I had my surgery, they were excellent; however, months down the line, after the swelling went down, they were misshapen. I don't know if it was my aftercare process because I gained 5 pounds after I had the surgery or if it was anything on the surgeon's part . Maybe I will try to get them even, but I'm unsure. Overall, I would give it a 7 out of 10. Although unhappy about my hips, I understand my shape is more attractive. I have to take accountability for being lazy, not wearing my Faja as often as I should, and gaining 5 pounds, which could have gone to my hips and contributed to how they look.

Love everything about Mehio he’s the sweetest and understands the exact look you’re going for! He is realistic and more concerned with your safety which is a plus. Loved him and the staff in Dallas no complaints!

Dr Mehio great doctor and great vision but staff is trash. Very early on staff was rude and no sense of urgency. Early on had complications due to fat injected in leg. Still having ongoing infections and a current open wound that drains constantly.

I had a bbl last May, I am 6 months post op! My procedure was well worth the money and recovery! I feel so much more confident and free. I do want another round to fill out my hips and butt. I have seen him give more amazing results, as he did leave lumps of fat around my abdomen, and of course he suggests I get a tummy tuck with him lol.Don’t believe all. The “angle tricks” on ig. Have realistic goals. I will go into round two feeling confident about the decision. Overall, I feel beautiful especially in clothes. Major game changer!! Great experience with Dr. Mehio. He listens to what you want and gives you a realistic expectation with what he can do with your body type and skin elasticity. I love my results! MIA the clinic he operates out of definitely has room for improvement though. But that’s expected.. they are a typical “doll mill” in Miami. I wish Mehio got his own private practice because I would go back to him for a round 2.

I scheduled my mommy make over on 2020 for 8.5k after add on’s etc it came to about $9,100 . First I’ll start with the good the good news is this surgery went smooth and I am recovering well ! my tummy tuck scar is LOW ! And thin and it’s only 2 weeks ! On a pain scale the mommy make over which was a tummy tuck muscle repair with a breast lift and augmentation was a walk in the park and I think my recovery would have been fast had I not gotten Lipo of my flanks . This is my second surgery as I had a bbl with Lipo 360 in 2017 . The only thing that is bothering me is the areas where I had Lipo ! It’s feels like my skin is on fire this time I don’t remember it being like this the last time ! This time it’s two weeks out and I am still in pain and amount of movement bothers my flanks where I had Lipo I’m frustrated because I would assume the tummy tuck and muscle repair would hurt more but no it’s my flanks smh . I will also said the Dr. told me to choose my cup size not cc’s as cc’s will look different on everyone . I told him I wanted to be a full D cup borderline DD and I really hate the amount of cc’s he chose for me based on the cup size I wanted . I had a lift so I lost some breast tissue and he gave me 365 cc’s I’m my left breast and 415 cc’s right I came out of surgery feeling flat chested and sad I wasted my money . My implants are moderate full profile and all the way under the muscle I don’t know if that places a part but I am not to happy . I feel as though the lift job was amazing but I had the size I am 5’7 180 pds so I’m thick with a big but I wanted matching big tittys too and feel like I got stuck with smaller breast than the ones I had . I know it’s a process and I’m waiting but I am already thinking about booking a exchange for a bigger size in 3 months just for peace of mind . I really went in wanting 450-470 cc’s I am young and got having children out of the way fast ! I had for and I’m 28 I didn’t not want this surgery to come out looking ANYTHING like my old mom body & that’s I feel I was given Updated on 4 Oct 2021: So I am six weeks post op and seeing results I am less swollen i should be massaging more but I am not due to returning to work an school but will start back up again soon . I told Dr. Mehio I wanted no waist and he understood the assignment! My breast have also healed fine even due to me popping a stitch I'm still not satisfied with the size and will be going back but other than that I love my results! I love my body but I wear faja religiously! Lol best 9k ever spent my waist is still striking and I'm still swollen I plan to start my massages & some cavitation this week the skin on my waist is a little loose.

Dr. Mehio was AMAZING! I love the fact that he’s honest and blunt in regards to your expectations and the realistic outcome, and his skill is nothing short of godly! My breasts and tummy look gorgeous and I’m really happy with my day 1 post op results! I can’t wait to see my final results after my body has completed the initial healing process.

I did a lot of research before deciding on Dr. Mehio for a BBL. I'm truly glad I went with my gut instinct and chose him to perform my surgery. Although I'm only 1-month post-op, I'm in love with my new body. He took into account that I didn't want a large butt, just something to fit my figure better. He focused on my 360 lipo, just like we discussed prior to surgery. He really has an eye for shaping a woman's body. My new figure is now very feminine rather than boxy. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat, and I'm actually considering it.

BBL with lipo 360 Ladies look no further....this man has truly been blessed with Gods hands...he turned Sponge Bob into a piece of art...I was turned down by numerous surgeons due to having the wrong kind of fat "visceral" to be exact. They told me I wouldn't be happy with my results and wouldn't have enough fat for the BBL. Well well well Dr Mehio had the final say and I am forever grateful for his expertise and talent! I got a bbl and chin lipo with dr mehio in October 2020. I am 1 month and a week post op and my results are going good so far! I added the upper back lipo and let me tell you it was so worth it!! It was an extra $800 which I thought was dumb because the whole back should be included with the 360 lipo! But ladies if you have upper back fat add the lipo!!!! Mehio does not do upper back for free. Who wants to be snatched below the bra line only??? Smh. Overall I am happy with my results I just with my butt was a little more bigger as well as my hips. They went down a lot! I am team no Faja so even without Faja you still lose hips and butt! I got a shelf booty cause I had no fat at the top of my butt. And for my chin lipo I'm still swollen but the fat is gone! I hope my butt fluffs up like everyone says it does!!! So my price was 7,300 minus cash price so 6,800 plus $800 for upper back lipo and $400 for chin lipo and $500 for cell saver! Also my hotel was $650, flight was $200, meds were $60, medical clearance at urgent care was $150, labs from a lab website were $126 and lymphatic massages for $500 and supplies for surgery $400 so grand total ive spent was like $10k Updated on 31 Dec 2020: Update!! I am 2 months and a couple weeks PO! Almost 3 months! And my fat in my butt has pretty much settled. It’s very soft now but I still don’t sit without my pillow under my thighs. And I still sleep on my stomach!
