Dr. Mosiello did my breast aug a 2x's and did a great job the first time. They looked and felt very natural. Then one leaked about 6 yrs later. The second time he did the surgery, one was very hard and larger than the other. He said that it was my imagination. He had a student assist with the surgery which I agreed to. Never again. Not to mention, he yanked the drainage tube out of me. That was extremely painful. He had no compassion. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I came out of it alive.
Went to him for implants after lumpectomy surgery. He would not let me look at any pictures of his previous work. He said that I would never look like that. He decided what size of implants and what kind and wouldn't listen to me at all. I came back a second time for a consultation and he was dismissive and walked out. I should have trusted my gut feeling and found another doctor. I went through with it and have been miserable ever since. The implants are large and flat, they are hanging down into my waist and when I lay down they fall into my arm pits. They are loose in there, nothing is holding them in place. They are always red and painful underneath in the two inch fold where they lay on me and rub. I hate them. I got this surgery for free but boy am I paying for it now. I complained and asked him to fix it, but I wouldn't trust him a second time! I'm saving to get them re-done by a new doctor.
I went in 2013 and I’m still upset. The first round was a tummy tuck I was completely satisfied but the second round I had lipo in my back and arms and still to this day my right side of my body is extremely bigger than the left side and my arms still have the rolls I wanted removed also I was hospitalized for a week after my second round and the doctor office did not check on me once after I had called and told them I was in the hospital
Poor bedside manner. Did a lift with implant in one breast and implant in other i had partial mastectomy left breast and radiation and a right breast mommy boob . Had a Frankenstein boob and even the nurse said looked like came out of pocket which he denied and said nobody likes the way they look so soon after surgery that's why he did not take photo and walked out of the room i also had a brise of a hand print on my hip lIke they dropped me off the table. I asked for my records and in them he blamed me in them for not being happy because I asked for saline and not silicone like he recommended. Never went back and they never even reached out to me after I asked for my records to schedule my follow up appointment, guilt maybe? He looked so good on the computer cause I did research. He has title at Moffett Cancer Center. Do not go to him.
I have never felt comfortable in my own skin and decided it is time to finally leave the itty bitty titty committee. Dr. Mosiello's staff is amazing. Lily, Mary, Paula, Carol are all so kind and communicative. The office is clean and they are great with covid precautions. Dr. Mosiello himself is very nice. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and answer all my questions. I am so excited!! Updated on 14 Apr 2021: Surgery is tomorrow and I am a little nervous. I’ve never had surgery before. But I’m ready! All my meds have been picked up. I have my post surgery bras ready and waiting. So my stats, just in case anyone needs help on their journey, are: 5’5”, 150 pounds. I think I am roughly a 34B. I wear a size 6/8 in pants and small tops. I haven’t finalized my implant size just yet, but it’s between 560cc and 605cc. Can’t wait to see tomorrow! Updated on 14 Apr 2021: Here are my before pictures. Goodbye itty bitty titties Updated on 15 Apr 2021: So today was the day. I had surgery first thing at 7a this morning. Very quick. I was home a little after 9 (thank God the surgery center was 10 minutes from my house). They are very high and tight. The pain isn’t unbearable but it is definitely there. I’m taking meds no matter what so I can stay ahead of it. The final decision for implants was 605cc so I can’t wait to take the bra off and see what I’m working with so far! I have been sleeping on and off all day. My boyfriend has been amazing and helping me. He got this awesome lazy husband pillow that is so comfortable and my lifesaver. Updated on 16 Apr 2021: I woke up this morning with my breasts very tight and sore. Took my pain meds around the clock and slept a lot. I can’t wait to take a shower! Updated on 17 Apr 2021: Today is much better than yesterday. I took the ace wrap off and just wore the sports bra. They are still so tight and feel heavy, but it’s manageable. It’s so surreal to me that I did this! Those boobs are mine! Updated on 25 Apr 2021: I feel great! Haven’t taken pain meds since day 3. I still take a muscle relaxer every now and again, I find some weird sore pain on the side of my breasts. Otherwise, I am so in love! They look great. All my clothes look so much better. I am so happy I did this.
Wow first of all do not even bother whit this office. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to meet the Doctor. I have been looking online for Buttock Implants and know for a fact that Plastic Board Surgeon and Before/after pictures are Must! The reason why I choose this place was also because of the financing.Red flag my Husband called a month ago got quote around 10k for that surgery. 3 weeks later I got quote 6k. I called to scheduled a consultation and ask to be able to see a before and after pictures but was constently pushed to cancel my appointment " the doctor has done that procedure in the past but we just don't have any pictures, go on the website and look at the breast pictures and that will give you an idea of what your buttock should look like" really?! WOW. The Lady I spoke whit "caro" did not wanted to give any average quote of the procedure and explained it depends on where the surgery would be performed ( I understand this part) than pursuit by saying that since I was a out of town patient it might not be the best doctor for me ( really? I am aware there are follow ups needs so obviously I know staying there at least two weeks is a must). This place is just shady and you will get 3 versions on a same question by the same people ( that if you even lucky to get an answer at all). 2nd red flag Facebook page has zero customers pictures or before/after. . Stay away from this place.
So I'm glad I stumbled across this web site one day before my surgery. I have contemplated over this surgery for a long time. Then I finally said "what the heck, I'm getting it! " Right now I am a 32A , tomorrow I will have memory moderate profile saline implants inserted. I have been contemplating between 350-375. I think I want to go with the 375. I don't want to be too big but I don't want to go to small either. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Updated on 9 Aug 2014: So my surgery went well. I thought I was going to be all nervous and freaking out. But I was pretty calm and relaxed. Me any my doctor were debating on how much to put in. I ended up with 375cc on the right and 400cc on the left. My surgery was at 10am and I was leaving the surgery center by 2pm. My mom and sister made me take all my meds around the clock, but the pain is not that bad. Atleast not as bad as I thought it would be. It just feels as if something is sitting on my chest, and sore like I worked out too much. I was able to take a shower after 24 hours. Then I was able to take the bandage off but I had to put it right back on. I'm still pretty swollen at the top. I've been doing ice packs as well as frozen peas. I go to my PS on Tuesday for my post op appointment, that's when he will take off my steri strips to look at my incision. I'm pretty happy with my results soo far, I guess now it is just a waiting game. Updated on 12 Aug 2014: So I went in for my post op visit today and so far so good. My incisions are healing nicely. That was my main concern. The past couple of days have been great for me. I haven't taken any pain meds since day 3. The hardest part for me is sleeping on my back. Before my BA I always slept on my stomach. So that was a rough one. But every night has been better and better, and I've been able to lay slightly on my side. I return to work tomorrow so my mini vacation will be over. Sigh. My PS gave me that band to wear to help them go down. That should be fun wearing. Any who, all is well and I'm greatful. Have a great week ladies! Updated on 21 Aug 2014: Hello ladies, it's been awhile. When I went back to work I went full force working 5 12 hour overnight shifts in a row then starting back school this week. That was pure suicide. But all is well, I am soooo in love with my new girls! That band I have to wear for half the day is annoying but I keep telling myself it won't be forever. The girls are still high but they are dropping a bit. I was glad that I could still fit my small scrub top without a problem. And most people what did not know about my surgery could not tell. A few of my co workers knew about it being that I with in the ER so I couldn't lift a lot or do chest compressions (CPR) if needed. Luckly I work with a very supportive team so we always help each other. As far as pain I haven't had any pain in awhile. Although while I was PMSing they were very tender which I never experienced before. I'm finally able to sleep on my side which has helped me sleep sooo much better. I get a little bit of morning boob but not too bad. Hope all is well with everyone! TTYL!
