By the time I went to see Dr. Stiller, I had had several consultations in my area for the reconstruction of my right breast. I had been told by other surgeons that all that could be done in order for me to have a breast on my right side, would be to do "flap reconstruction" because I didn't have much breast tissue left due to too many surgeries to the right breast. This would've entailed one week of hospitalization and about $100,000. that I would never be able to afford, and my health insurance wouldn't cover it because it wasn't medically necessary. I was so discouraged and figured I would just have to spend the rest of my life with only one breast. I then found Dr. Stiller. Dr. Stiller was very pleasant, helpful, answered all my questions, and his staff is unbelievably kind and attentive. Dr. Stiller, said he could reconstruct my breast with a small breast implant and fat grafting. I left his office that day full of hope. Dr. Stiller is not only a very talented surgeon, but he is also an artist. I have had two successful surgeries. First, I had a tummy tuck with liposuction, breast revision with lift (left breast), and breast augmentation (right breast; for the second surgery Dr. Stiller suggested I wait 3 months after the first surgery to allow the tissue to heal before doing fat transplant to the right breast to complete reconstruction. Dr. Stiller and his staff are unbelievably wonderful, informative and extremely caring. Recovery after my second surgery a week ago, is going well for me, no problems whatsoever. Not only did I have reconstructive surgery to my breast, but I now have an hourglass figure, that allows me to wear anything with much confidence! absolutely recommend Dr. Stiller! He is truly an artist, and I will definitely return to him in the future if I want or need another procedure. I am very impressed with this team of professionals, they work smoothly together and provide the best service to deliver exceptional results.
I started down my path of getting breast augmentation about 2 years ago, exploring the best option for my transition from male to female. I wanted good curves and the largest implants I could have that still looked natural. I am 5'10" and 165-170 lbs. Unfortunately I went through the implant surgery twice. The first round I got capsular contracture and the implants did not "drop and fluff" properly. So I has a revision. I started with not much more than an AA cup. So my first surgery I choose 605 cc moderate profile silicone implants. They filled me nicely. Though the size did cause my recovery to be a bit of a chore. I was in a good amount of discomfort and pain for 3 weeks. Eventually by the 3 month check-in, it was determined that the contracture was happen. They tried some mediation to limit scar tissue and I had breast massage to try to move them to a better spot, but eventually he said it would not get better and I thought the same. They were not sitting well. So second surgery was done to remove the first implants and put in a new pair. I elected to go with a higher cc: 605 to 770 (the largest he has in that profile). The second surgery occurred February 22nd, 2023. So I am still very much healing. However give I already had the previous implants installed for over a year, the stretching of my muscles has largely already occurred. I have sub-muscular. The first implants were place through the armpit. The second were under the breast : had to get the others out and the scar tissue then put new ones in. Dimension between 605 and 770 cc were not that different. 1.5 cm larger width and 0.3 projection. Dr. Stiller is a good doctor and listened to my concerns and needs though either way I felt like a fish out of water, being transgender. I am in my late 40s and didn't have much experience with breasts before. The difficulty I has was perspective. Being in my own body, I have had a hard time discerning if my breasts were large or not. Yet he said that given my proportions (height and weight) they seemed balanced. All I could do is trust that I was given good advice. With my 605 cc implants my professionally measured bra size was 38DDD or 36F. I am not expecting much difference in that with the 770 cc. Updated on 8 Oct 2024: It has been 1 years and 7 months since I had my 2nd implants surgery. Given my body had already been stretching with the 1st time, this second surgery recovery was a walk in the park. After the 1st I was in so much pain and could barely move. The 2nd time, I.was moving just fine and had virtually no pain. I did post surgery massage when then doctor allowed.. Now about a year and a half later all is good and they look and feel beautiful. They have a larger gap than I would like, but my anatomy was not conducive to having great cleavage. But I can bring them together when I need.. I am still back and forth whether they are actually that large (I want them to be). It is hard to get a perspective when they are on you and you live with them. They are 770 CC SRF silicone implants. I am pretty happy with them overall.
As someone highly involved in the social media surgery community & having had past procedures, I take choosing a surgeon very seriously. A tummy tuck was something I contemplated for years. After 4 pregnancies, my stomach was a wreck. I desperately needed muscle repair, I had excess skin, stretch marks & previous medical abdominal surgeries as a teen left me with scarring. No matter how much I dieted, exercised, tried different wraps, waist trainers, serums, you name it, I was getting nowhere. I was specific in my end goals, shape, belly button, how I wanted my incision to look & finding a doctor to deliver all of the above to my wishes was proving nearly impossible. After researching surgeons in Washington & surrounding states, to say I was discouraged was an understatement. The work I was seeing was so mediocre if not below acceptable, I had my mind made up, I would be traveling to Florida & even paid two separate deposits with doctors there. But then, I found Dr.Stiller on IG. I couldn’t help but take notice of his work & decided I would research further. I couldn’t find any negative or botched patients, so I figured I would do the free consult. My family wanted me to stay local because plastic tourism is known to be risky & I had done it before. I walked into that consult with my mind already made up, “I’ll see why this isn’t for me & further prove to myself & family that travel was best”.. I walked out of that consult so conflicted. I was very vocal about my choice to travel for surgery again & this consult completely changed my mind. Meeting Dr.Stiller, Rhyllie, Kelly & the rest of the team, I just had a sense of ‘this is the best decision’. When you meet them, you’re automatically drawn to their amazing bed side manner (something I hadn’t experienced with countless other practices), the confidence they have in their work & knowledge without feeling like you’re being talked down to or giving off arrogance. It just felt right. I called my family upon leaving & said, “I’m letting my deposits in Florida go. I found my doctor here”. Let me tell you, those deposits aren’t cheap but I felt that strongly about choosing Stiller Aesthetics. My experience was so stress free, seamless & the way it SHOULD be! I have shared my results with many & they can’t believe the results Dr Stiller & his team delivered. Altering your body, spending the money, the recovery, the risk, should not be taken lightly. I can honestly say Stiller can change your life. Schedule a consult at the very least & see the difference. I am 4 months post op & couldn’t be more thrilled with my results. I will return to Dr Stiller for any future procedures (I’m actually in the process of scheduling a procedure to have Dr Stiller correct a previous surgeons work). I could go on & on but the results speak for themselves.I am genuinely thankful for this practice & everyone in it. You made my dreams of wearing a bikini for the first time in my life a reality & gave me a whole new level of confidence, a million ‘thank yous’ would never be enough!
I could not be happier! I have to admit when I went in for my consultation, I was afraid of the final result being too big. My breasts are perfect and I am so glad that I listened to Dr. Stiller's advice as far as proportions. I thought I had decent breasts before, I was wrong! I am almost 3 months post-op and I feel great! Recovery for the first couple of weeks was difficult but I would totally do it again. My scars are fading quickly and soon will be invisible!
Great guy knows what he is doing I have healed fast and love the results He knows how to treat people and shows respect I’m sure there are other good doctors but he really impressed me and I’ve been to a lot of doctors during my transition
Dr. Stiller and his staff are amazing! Caring, kind and knowledgeable! I can't say enough wonderful things about them all. After losing 75 lbs, he removed my excess skin, filled my breasts back up and I feel like a million bucks! I would highly recommend and have. My friend also had a wonder experience and great results.
Dr. Stiller and his staff at Stiller Aesthetics is nothing short of amazing. From the first consultation to my post-surgery care, each person I had contact with was knowledgable, caring, and compassionate. They took time to answer all of my questions and addressed each concern. Not only was I treated with the utmost respect, the post-surgery result is beautiful. I highly recommend Stiller Aesthetics for any service or procedure.
Dr. Stiller and Sonja did my botox treatment for my forehead, glabella, chin, and crows feet.. as well as filler to my nasolabial folds (laugh lines). I did not bruise one bit and felt little to no discomfort!! They explained in detail what the treatment process would be as well as really listened to my concerns. ( I have issues with a heavy brow) 1-2 weeks later and the results are amazing!!! No touch ups needed, they were spot on. I have been getting botox treatments for quite some time and I must say this is by far one of the best experiences I have had. This will be my go to place for my aesthetic treatments.
Top notch care. They are very warm and welcoming and know their stuff. Andie, Sarah, and Sonja worked specifically with me and I have nothing but the best to say about them, both before and since my surgery by Dr. Stiller. Compassion is a keyword for these amazing people.
I've hardly ever met a doctor with such a great bedside manner. I have felt comfortable as possible and all my questions are always answered. The only issues I've had involved insurance and those should be resolved shortly!
