i was very happy that i was finally doing it, but after i did i regret the result very unhappy with what i got :( . I just can see that he did nothing my nose doesnot look nice at all it still looks like its not fixed, i'm so bothered with it. nobody has told me that it looks good nothing, so i' sad because after all the hard recovery i got unpleasent result Updated on 20 Oct 2013: Great dr overall
I did so much research for the last five years on getting a nose job. I went all over the city of Chicago and always felt that I didn't trust the doctor or was getting pressured into a big ticket.
i had my first consultation yesterday and feel very confident with the doctor and staff. he was a refferal from a friend and is called "the boob guy". i am 5'7 and about 125 pounds. right now im about a 32a, barley...we decided to go with 400cc high profile, silicone. which is as big as i can go because of the width of my chest. i have another consultation next week, alot closer to my house. so i will go and see what he has to say, even though right now i want to go with the first doctor, Dr. Wiesman in Chicago. Updated on 13 Nov 2014: well now i am confused, both doctors said different things as far as what they would put in me...one doctor said i could go 400cc at the most. this doctor said i could go 275, maaaybe 300cc. he said there would be no way to fit the 400 in me, especially under the muscle. other doctor was very confident that i could do that. so now i dont think i should go that big because he said they would be too high up on my chest. the "fold" of my right breast is higher up which also makes things difficult because they are different sizes and can not fit as big of an implant in that one. so basically thats why i have to go on the smaller side. i need to post my before pics. these are pictures from my second consultation, kind of hard to tell the size.. Updated on 10 Dec 2014: so its next month already, about 5 1/2 weeks!!!! i am getting the under armour front close bra for recovery and have another bali comfort no under wire bra for down the road but should i get more sports bras that are super comfy even if they dont close in the front. its alot harder to find front close. is it really hard to get a regular one on and off over your head after like a month or so...i get innoyed having to do that not wih sports bras i cant imagine it being fun with boobs lol any opinions???? Updated on 30 Dec 2014: so excited that i got engaged on christmas eve and we will be getting married this summer!! cant wait to have boobs in a wedding dress :) woooohoooo!!!! i feel so lucky! little less than 3 weeks till surgery & time is flying!!!! Updated on 15 Jan 2015: i cant believe its here!! only 3 more days of work and then its time!! i hope when i go back to work i will be okay to do all the normal things, or mostly normal. i do hair so i am worried about blowdrys and such. got all my meds and bras and im ready to go! Updated on 15 Jan 2015: just a reminder. i am seeing Dr Irvin Wiesman in Chicago. i am currently a 32A, going with silicone 400cc under the muscle. going with the breast crease/inframammery incision. from my research and everything i think i will be a full c maybe even a d. my under armour sports bra i got for after surgery is a 34c, so im hoping it fits perfectly! Updated on 18 Jan 2015: i seriously cant believe it! i will be ready to go in about 10 hours!!!! i hope i can sleep tonight, ill wake up feeling like christmas morning! i will update tomorrow i seriously cant believe this is happening!!!! soo excited :) Updated on 19 Jan 2015: well im on the other side...definitly sore, my arm muscles and chest muscles. i am wrapped up super duper tight and have my other appointment tomorrow 1:00 to take the wrappings off and put my sports bra on. its hard to tell but everything looks good! and suprise i did something else too today, i didnt really tell anybody just some of my closest friends and mom/dad/fiance. mostly because its embarassing to me, and its ALWAYS bothered me, more than my boobs. i had my ankles/lower legs liposuctioned. i figured might as well do it all at once and get it over with. and its cheaper that way. but i cant rly walk or stand or anything! it sucks! so that hurts waaay more than my chest. and ive got some oozing and my legs/feet are reallyy swollen. i got these 2 bad genes from my mother. i am little but having those large ankles has always bothered me. and kept me from wearing lots of things. so its all done and itll be worth it but for right now im in lots of pain and just wish i could sleep and wake up when its all better :) thanks for everyones support!!!! :) Updated on 20 Jan 2015: well i went back to the doctor today and they unwrapped me and put my sports bra on. no brusing or anything on my new boobs, besides being torpedoish they look pretty food. very high & hard. and he also unwrapped my legs, which are very bruised and swollen. so now im wrapped from my toes to my knees to prevent more swelling in my feet. but i have no feeling in my nipples or breasts really, or feet. i keep icing on ns off and taking all my meds. hope i sleep better tonite!!!! Updated on 29 Jan 2015: everything has been going pretty good!! my chest isnt as tight and i feel pretty good. my legs and feet have been getting tired at work if i dont sit alot, but the bruising and swelling have gone down! today was the first shower i took that was close to normal, it is hard to stand/walk without my compression stockings on. i have been going in to get endermologie done on my lower legs to help with the swelling and fluids from the lipo. have also been taking some arnica & drinking some pineapple juice. i think that all of these combined have really helped with the bruises and swelling. all in all my boobs are doing great! just waiting for them to drop and look normal without the bra on. they have been getting more squishy day by day! Updated on 2 Feb 2015: anyone experiencing sharp burning/tingling pains after lipo? because the damaged nerves are repairing themselves. its so painful and innoying and always right before bed so i cannot sleep!! anyone had this, what helps to relieve it? Updated on 9 Feb 2015: Updated on 1 Apr 2015: i cant believe its been about 2 1/2 months since surgery!! everything is going great! its crazy looking back at my pictures from just after D day!!! i am a size 32dd now, in most bras. i am still not wearing underwire so i am able to fit into a C...its hard to find 32dd bras!!! before i had a hard time finding small bras now i have the opposite problem! but i LOVE my new boobs! and my legs are healing slowly and surley, the swelling has gone down alot and im just waiting for the after lipo bumpy areas to go away. Updated on 16 Apr 2015: everything is going great! i love everything and today was the first day i wore a real underwire bra! 32DD!!! sooo crazy! Updated on 30 May 2015: im about 4 1/2 months post op and all is well!!! boobs are doing great!! and only swelling in my ankles after a long day of standing. so hopefully that continues to get better fast with summer pretty much here.
