I had lipo done on my abdomen with Dr Silvestri last year and I'm so happy with the results. It was a smooth experience the entire time, and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect during the recovery process. He also made sure that the right amount of fat was removed to keep me looking proportionate while still showing a significant improvement. Very happy with the results and I'd go back if I ever need more lipo in the future.

I was looking to have large volume lipo with Dr. Goodman but was informed I would be having surgery with Dr. Silvestri. He is amazing, the office and staff are amazing. They do the procedure under local anesthesia so you are awake. The experience was a little uncomfortable in some areas and I would definitely prefer to be sleep.Because I had a BBL and a revision I had a lot of scar tissue which may have been the reason why my experience was more uncomfortable than others he really had to work to break through the scars. I’m just one day out so I can’t really say if it was worth it but I’ll post the pictures immediately after surgery. I can see a difference in my back and waist but my abdomen currently looks a mess (in my opinion).
