I could not be happier with the results of my reconstruction surgery! Not only was the surgery a complete success; my doctor was very caring. Excellent bedside manner, top notch work! I had breast cancer 13 years ago and I have been carrying around an extra pound of flesh... Until I was blessed to find Dr. Huettner.

Dr Huettner is who you want! I looked at hundreds of before and after photos for breast reduction and she checked all the boxes. I went from 36H/I to 36D. She keeps the incision as close to the natural breast fold as possible and not too far to the cleavage line and not too far onto your sides. My nipples are right in the center.. not too high .. not too low and they are symmetrical. The vertical incision is straight down on both sides. They are round!!! Not square like you see on many breast reductions. She was very easy to reach after surgery. If I ever had any questions, she was happy to help and quick to respond . I have never been able to pick up a bra off the rack.. until now. I tried on my very first bra post surgery and I was in shock that it fit!! If you are questioning getting a breast reduction and you choose Dr Huettner,, you will not regret it! Make that appointment.

Wonderful!!! I am so glad I chose Dr. Huettner for my plastic surgeon after meeting with several plastic surgeons. My case is complex as I needed breast reconstruction after a double mastectomy and disappointing reconstruction by the Moffitt Cancer Hospital team. Additionally, I lost nearly 100 lbs, maintained that new weight for 3+ years, and had a lot of loose skin on my arms, thighs, and around my trunk. Dr. Huettner is the only surgeon who saw the total body rather than just isolated areas and she put together a comprehensive plan of surgeries to address all of these areas. The first surgery, belt lipectomy, is complete with amazing results already visible just two weeks post surgery. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Huettner for plastic surgery. I am looking forward to the remaining two surgeries she has planned to address the other areas of loose skin and breast reconstruction.

I can not recommend Dr Huettner enough. For me, I wanted a woman, plastic surgeon. I also wanted somebody double board certified. I wanted to know without a doubt that she would know what she was doing. I wanted someone who would listen to me and give me the outcome I was looking for. When I met Dr Huettner, she was so engaged and not in a hurry with my appointment which meant a lot. She listened to all of my concerns. Addressed each one so I walked out having so much more information and understanding and knowing she had to be my doctor. I was extremely comfortable with her as was my husband. I am for four weeks post surgery and absolutely love my results.

Dr. Huettner changed my life for good. She is not only an incredibly skilled plastic surgeon, but also a deeply compassionate and caring person. I truly believe she was blessed by God—not just with exceptional surgical talent, but with a heart full of empathy and kindness. From the very beginning, she made me feel safe, understood, and supported. Her work is transformative, and her presence is healing. As a breast cancer survivor, I can say without hesitation that Dr. Huetner is a blessing to our community. Dr. Huettner and her staff are amazing. They are top notch. From start to finish Bibi, Jackie and Amber made sure my paperwork, future appointments and after care was all taken care of. They are also wonderful women who care for their patients. Highly recommend.

The best experience(s) I have had is when my friends, who were not aware of my recent blepharoplasty, look at me and comment on how how good I look, and want to know how I do it? They are stunned when I tell them my secret. Dr. Huettner obviously did an excellent job. I searched for a long time to find the right plastic surgeon and I am so happy that I found Dr. Huettner! I had my surgery in July 2025 and am absolutely thrilled with my results. I wanted to have a gender affirming breast reduction and go as small as possible while still preserving some breast tissue. It was important to me to find a surgeon that understood my wish to present in a more androgynous way, but not have top surgery. The results are exactly what I wanted. For the first time in my life I can wear button up shirts, and the kinds of clothes I have always wanted to wear, with a less feminine looking build. I love the way my profile looks, and feel the best I have ever felt in my body. I didn’t have any loss of sensation at all. Dr. Huettner is kind, professional, knowledgable and an excellent surgeon. One of the best choices I have ever made was to get my breasts reduced by Dr. Franziska Huettner. I have thought about getting this operation for years, but I was hesitant since I am afraid of surgery, which I think is normal for many individuals. I had deep shoulder creases from the weight of my breasts, chronic back pain, and trouble finding bras that fit correctly. The hardest part of the procedure for me was choosing the right surgeon because how can you really tell who is the best fit? I was immediately put at ease as soon as I met Dr. Huettner. She was kind, understanding, and focused. She paid close attention to my worries, understood my difficulties, and fully solved them. She addressed every one of the almost 40 questions I had prepared for our consultation before I even had a chance to ask them. Her deep knowledge, passion for her work, and genuine concern for her patients' health were all clear to me. She was the surgeon I wanted to proceed with for this surgery. Her commitment and professionalism appeared in her entire crew. Everyone, from the nurses to the front desk, was always helpful and quick to respond. Before my operation, I could contact them at any time with questions or worries, and I always got timely, comforting answers. Nurse Amber personally called to check in the night before the procedure. She helped me feel at ease and ready for the following day by listening to my concerns, particularly my dread of needles and my first surgery. Every team member helped to ensure an effortless and reassuring procedure on the day of surgery. In order to calm me down, Dr. Huettner took the time to reassure me once more, even making me laugh. In order to calm my mind before anesthesia, experts talked to me. My biggest worry was that I would wake up in pain, but I was surprised to find that I woke up pain-free and have stayed comfortable during my recovery. I am currently 11 days post-op, and the outcome is even better than what I expected. I seem smaller, feel lighter, and have more body confidence than I have in years. Dr. Huettner is a great surgeon who truly cares about her patients' overall experience and confidence following the treatment, not just the procedure itself. I will definitely suggest her to anyone thinking about having breast reduction surgery or any kind of procedure. I appreciate your professionalism and compassion, Dr. Huettner and crew. Excellent! From start to finish, I had a perfect experience, Dr. Huettner’s office and staff are professional, kind and very helpful. I prefer having a female doctor for female issues, it took me 10 years to decide to do this, after meeting the doc, I was convinced it was time!!
