I can't believe what a great experience I had at Heartland Plastic Surgery, with Dr. Cherney, for my breast augmentation! I had almost no pain. My recovery was a breeze. I love everything about them - I don't even feel like they are implants - they just feel like my real boobs in every way. 5'5". 175#. 47 years old. 505/550cc silicone under the muscle
I have been absolutely floored by the amount of kindness and caring I have received from Every person at Heartland Plastic Surgey from reception to the nurses. Dr. Cherny is fabulous, professional yet very has a relationship with every patient. From the moment you walk in to the facility you get a very comforting feeling from the environment. My nurses have honestly been my rock throughout the recovery process after my procedure. I absolutely adore every single nurse, but Brenda has been with Dr. Cherny for 30 years and clearly has lots of knowledge. I have personally had a few hiccups after my procedure was done but have been re-assured that no matter what I am going to be taken care of. I could not recommended Heartland Plastics and reconstructive surgery enough. If you want to have something done this is the place to go. Everything is done at the facility so no need to deal with a hospital on surgery day. I received 595 CC high profile silicone mentor implants under the muscle and have a bit of a intense recovery, but they have been here every step of the way.
Mother of 2, 43 yrs old!! Dedicated to Yoga and exercise but I just couldn't get rid of those stubborn "saddlebags"! So glad I chose Dr.Cherney to do my liposuction, I couldn't be any happier with my results! Dr.Cherney and his staff are the BEST!! If I had to do it all over agin I wouldn't do anything different!! They truly are the BEST!! Thank you!
Top notch care by doctor and staff. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Very cheerful, understanding and helpful. If more than 5 stars were available I would give Dr. Cherny’s office more!! I have been miserable about my extra “mommy” skin for the past 17 years. It was uncomfortable, flapped when I ran and chaffed when I sweat. I tried to hide it, but felt like I deserved to feel comfortable in my own skin (pun intended). I am so thankful that Dr Cherny and his staff could help me feel less embarrassed to wear a fitted shirt or even (gasp) a bikini.
I am so thankful I chose Dr Cherny to do my breast reduction. I had years of back, shoulder and neck pain. I had zero self esteem, couldn't wear a swimsuit. And did everything I could to cover up my huge chest. As a single mom, I had been on the back burner for so long. I told Dr Cherny what I desired and he told me he could make that happen. And that's exactly what he did! I feel like a new person. I am excited to put on a tank top, a swim suit top, wear a shirt without embarrassing cleavage. He is simply one of the sweetest people. Quiet, professional, humble, polite, gentle, understanding and kind. I am so thankful I can give him all the praise. He deserves it. Thank you Dr Cherny!!
Dr. Cherney removed my breast implants, I had a mastectomy 6 years ago, and the implants were very painful. He not only remove them but cleaned up my chest area and underarms that had a lot of scar tissue. He does perfect work, the pain was manageable. At 3 weeks out I am pleased, he does great work and listens to your concerns and addresses them. Thank you so much Dr Cherney!! His staff is pretty great too. You do have options after mastectomy and I strongly recommend Heartland for your reconstruction!!

I heard there was a new treatment that is no surgery for your double chin area. I called Dr Chernys office and the staff was very nice and explained everything really patiently as I had a ton of questions. I was told I needed two treatments and that they couldn't guarantee any skin tightening. I wanted the double chin gone but I did not want to have the skin just hanging there after. When I met the lady for the consult, she showed me pictures and the after ones were amazing. I needed a total of 4 treatments on two different times. I am SO glad I did it!!! I no longer have a double chin! There is some skin laxity but not bad. I would do it again. Updated on 1 May 2016: Here's a before and after picture.
I heard a radio ad multiple times and kept seeing commercials. I had a neighbor that did it before but I still thought it sounded too good to be true. I decided after hearing the ad and seeing commercials enough times I would go in to check it out. It was the best decision I made. It's been 6 months and I have gained 6 pounds but my stomach still looks great! My neighbor was telling the truth. It works!
I had my lower stomach coolsculpted. Once i figure out how to upload my photos on my computer I will show you. I had great results!!! It took exactly 8 weeks to see my result. I had two treatments on my lower stomach and I even gained 4 pounds on vacation. Recommend it! Ask if you have any questions. Updated on 1 May 2016: My bathroom selfie 8 weeks after treatment
Looking at your pictures, the arms are a little too thick for an arm tuck without an unacceptably high complication rate. the arm tuck only works when the skin is literally swinging. Now you could do lipo, and the arms would be smaller. The presence of stretch marks however means that the skin does not have great ability to shrink either. It is really debatable if laser lipo or whatever can shrink the skin, i doubt it. So this is a dilemma, and most surgeons would suggest you lose weight first. And the more weight you lose, the looser the skin will become. I know how hard weight loss is from personal experience. I will not tell a patient to lose weight and then come back. I help them lose weight with the new drugs Contrave and Saxenda, and we visit monthly for weighin and encouragement. When the skin gets loose, then we do the brachioplasty.
Unfortunately, to really get a tight upper arm, the brachioplasty has to have this scar configuration. And they often look this way at twelve weeks. I have tried every mini procedure and they don't have much effect. I agree with everything my three colleagues have said, but would add that a compression stocking would also help. Pressure has been known to flatten and shape scars for over a century and is commonly used in burns. Maybe vascular laser would take out some of the redness more quickly. Maybe cortisone injections to scars if they get thick and hard. But wait till scars are mature to do any revisionary work, it may turn out better than you think.
