Dr. Armenta is seriously a gem. My nose job was a success, the recovery was easy, and the staff at Syracuse Plastic Surgery were all very helpful. Scheduling and consult process was a breeze and the pain-management regiment afterwards was very effective. I rarely even felt mild discomfort in the following weeks. I’m currently 3 months post-op and my nose looks great!! Can’t wait for the swelling to fully go down, hopefully within a year.

I had a breast reduction on 10/20/21. This is my second one and thankfully my last. Dr. Armenta is by far the best plastic surgeon! I had a lot of issues with my first reduction from 2007 and was in unbearable pain for a couple weeks. This time I have zero pain. Even with having to come home with drains in his experience has been the best. His bedside manner is hands down genuine. I go back Wednesday to have the drains removed(this will be one week post-op). I do not even have much bruising. He cleaned up what the other Dr left behind and did an outstanding job. His staff is friendly and treats you like they would their own family member. The office and the before and after care team really make you feel like a person. If I had to do this over again I would not flinch at it. Dr. Armenta is one of a kind and I cannot say enough positive things about him. Thankyou for giving me my life back!! Updated on 5 Nov 2021: Healing has been so easy. I have had zero pain during recovery. Here are some progress pics. While some of the photos are not the prettiest you can definitely see how quickly it’s healing. I am very pleased with the results. Can’t wait to see what they look like in a couple months. Updated on 13 Feb 2022: Healing is going great. I went February 8th for my 3 months checkup. Dr. Said everything looks great. Aside from an healing issue with my left nipple which will be getting fixed in office on 3/11/22 everything that’s been fantastic. I get very excited to buy bras now because as a C cup there is many to chose from than my previous DDD cup. I will continue to use the stretch mark massage cream as I can definitely see it working. By summer I am hoping the scaring is bare minimum. If you’re second guessing having this surgery- don’t. The results are well worth it. :-) I will update again after my appointment on 3/11/22. Dr. Armenta did my tummy tuck and did an amazing job. The staff was wonderful to deal with. I absolutely would recommend Dr. Armenta. He explained everything, took his time with me. I felt very comfortable in his care. I’m so glad I went to Syracuse Plastic Surgery for my procedure.

I had a bi-lateral mastectomy with reconstruction and implants due to cancer. Dr Armenta is absolutely wonderful. His knowledge and experience is awesome. I am extremely happy, and I can't say enough wonderful things about him & his staff. Dr. Armenta is the ultimate professional, he is very patient and spends as much time with his patients as they need..

I had my breast reduction surgery last week on February 21st. So far no complications and I'm very pleased!!! I had my drains removed on the 24th and I will be seeing Dr Armenta this Friday. My only concern would be them getting bigger again over time. Is that possible? This has been a positive experience for me and I would tell anyone on the fence about breast reduction surgery to go for it because it will change your outlook on life !!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Armenta. He is extremely talented and has many years of experience. I had a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation and could not be happier with my results. I had asymmetries in both my breasts and nose that Dr. Armenta was able to correct. Others I know who have had procedures done by Dr. Armenta are as happy as I am with their results. Dr. Armenta has a great bedside manner. He makes you feel extremely comfortable and spends the time to explain each procedure, ask you your expectations, and tell you what to expect. His staff and nurses are also very friendly.

Dr. Armenta is superb. He is highly intelligent and professional, amazingly skilled, and very personable, just a wonderful combination of traits. My rhinoplasty was unbelievably an "easy-breezy process" overall. A few months ago, I had "face-planted" into a outdoor brick hearth, ouch! Dr. Armenta surgically corrected my septum issues, grafted cartilage, re-aligned what he needed to, smoothed bumps, etc., all with incredible surgical talent. Following surgery from day one, I was breathing fine, slept well, experienced very little bruising, had virtually no real pain to speak of and what pain I did have Tylenol took care of it. Of course I experienced nasal tenderness and some swelling, but these issues continue to get a bit better with each new day. I want to share that my post-op office visit, day seven following surgery, was smooth and painless. The internal splints and the few external nasal stitches came out easily. Just thinking about "nose surgery" can overwhelm you, but with Dr. Armenta as your surgeon, you have nothing to worry about. He is that good! Overall, my rhinoplasty was truly a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Armenta and his entire office staff to you; they are a remarkable team and a pleasure to have on your side. Contemplating having rhinoplasty? Go see Dr. Armenta, you will be glad you did!

I have had 2 surgeries with Dr.Armenta. The first procedure I had implants. The second I had a breast lift with a slightly larger size. I have been treated with the upmost respect and always felt comfortable. I highly recommend him to friends as well as family. I went on for my consultation and was able to be scheduled for surgery within a week. In the future of I'm thinking of having any more work done, I will be scheduling with him.

So far so good ! the clinic looks and is clean the staff is super nice and helpful the surgeon is fantastic and also bilingual for me that's a plus I feel more comfortable explaining my self in Spanish it's mine first week and I have seen then 3 times already so they do a good follow up and I have my next apt next week my boobs look fantastic even though its only been a week but I love them they look natural .You can do your search like I did I spend like 2 weeks learning about implants but they will take the time to show you different types and sizes without rushing you if I ever decide to get any more surgeries done I will definitely go back to them Updated on 12 Jun 2016: Feeling way better I can move my arm without pain I can drive better now I been driving since 6 day after I carried my son out of his crib it felt like a bad idea so I won't do it again until days later even though my breast may change because they are still on the healing process I love my boobs they don't look huge or fake to me I still can believe it ! So worth it Updated on 12 Jun 2016: Updated on 23 Jun 2016: I feel almost completely healed started going to the gym I have carefully carried my son his 3 so I can definitely do way more stuff feeling back to normal I just wonder if my breast are going to get bigger I thought they were going to look to big but I guess not I don't know if I should have gone bigger Updated on 4 Jul 2016: Updated on 4 Jul 2016: So I love my breast my surgeon did a great job I just kinda wish I heard him I though I was going to be huge and look super fake and he did told me you have hips so you can go bigger still I only went with 450 now they do look natural on me I guess the fact that people really didn't notice the difference because they match perfect with my body makes me wish I went bigger I am working on losing some weight because am a little over my weight so if your my height and size and looking for big boobs get at least 600cc but that's my personal opinion am not a professional or anything closed lol Updated on 12 Jul 2016: Soo am not in pain anymore my surgeon told me that I can do my Zumba ! And also wear a bra without a wire since I don't have much sensation on the bottom of my breast soo now I can have fun buying new bra's :) also I can go bra less but I can't abuse it since gravity can work against me lol my breast feels softer now I can play with them better now I love them can't wait to see what size I wear now Updated on 17 Jul 2016: So I went and got fitted apparently I wear 36DD !!

My nose was very pointed and yet went up and down when I talked. Dr. Armenta did a beautiful job and I have never regretted this surgery for a minute. I had the surgery in his office with a ton of Novocain and Demerol. It was a painful and terrifying experience I would never repeat. Post surgical pain management could have been better.
