Generally , threads absorb in 6-8 months. I have not seen their beneficial more then 1-2 months. Feel free for consultation board certified plastic surgeon and  perform facelift procedure when you are confident.

The question answer is rely on your  original anatomy. If your nose bridge is narrow and main component is cartilage , lateral osteotomies are not mandatory.  if open roof deformity occurs after dorsal hump removing or shaping you need lateral osteotomies.
