Tummy fat removal. I had four small small paddles It did help and the procedure was in the office with little downtime. There was some pain afterwards. I am happy with the results but I think I would need more treatment to really get what I wanted. I started cross fit classes and that has helped. I am 56 years old and had three kids. I am mostly slim but want my mid section to fit in with the rest of my body. If you can spare the expense and have the time try it.

I was starting to notice that the underside of my chin and neck were starting to sag and look old. I expected a more painful experience based on other reviews. On a scale of 1-10, the discomfort was a 5 or 6. You can do whatever you like right after the procedure and only feels mildly uncomfortable the next day. It did not feel like others have stated" a bolt of lightning through the head." I thought it felt like a little stinging sensations, some places worse than others.
