This is a normal appereance when smiling because of the mussels and tendons of the eye area which make the gestures. But if it is still prominent in the normal non smiling posture, my advice is a thin and high biocompatibility product such as Redensity 2 for your tear trough.

Hi,
First I would like to know which product is used for this area. Because under eye area is a gentle region so thin fillers are generally preferred for this place. Especially in tear trough, there is only bone, periorbiculer mussle and skin. In your photos, your filler seems to be quite thick and swollen and has a greater space than ıt would be. So my advice is using hyalaurinidase and melting your filler, and after 1 or 2 months, injecting a new filler which is preferred only for the periorbiculer area such as Redensity 2.

Hi,
First of all I see an emptiness in your mid face, so I recommend you some dynamic mid face fillers, such as Teosyal RHA4 which makes a natural look in the face especially when smiling. I think.after the mid face application, your under eye will have a better appereance and you won't need an under eye filler. In my opinion, malar implants may be prefered much more later.
And my last advice is some thick fillers strengthening masseter area and mandıbular angle that can be used for more masculin face look.

Hi,
I suggest you to have an under eye filler according to this photo, but I have to say that the photo taken from full face will be much more helpful to us. sometimes an emptiness in the temple area, and sometime an emptiness in the mid face can make the same appereance. I would not recommend you any surgery about the eye shape as an ophtalmolog. Best wishes...

It seeems to be a late reaction to the filler. ın our clinic, We generally use Redensity 2 for under eye area, because of the thinness of the product and the biocompatibility . I think Voluma XC is quite thick product for under eye area. I prefer you to have a hyalorinidase to clean the filler, and lenf massage for the edema.
