In our office we typically use either Juvederm or Restylane for the lips.&nbsp; They are both made of Hyaluronic acid (HA) and can be used to create volume, soften lines around the mouth and correct asymmetry.&nbsp;

What are the most common brands used as lip fillers? Are they all collagen based? Which ones are common for natural and subtle results and which ones are common for big and plump? How does an allergic reaction to fillers look like? Thank you!

The cost for UltraShape varies by the size of the treatment area and we recommend 3 treatments spaced 2 weeks apart.&nbsp; Each treatment can cost between $600-$1,200 depending on the size of the area we are working on.&nbsp;

How Much Does UltraShape Cost? What should I expect to pay for UltraShape?

Thank you for your question.&nbsp; We offer both treatments here and we use them both daily with excellent results.&nbsp; CoolSculpting works by freezing fat cells and for&nbsp;some patients this can&nbsp;be uncomfortable both during and after their treatment.&nbsp;&nbsp;UltraShape is virtually painless and we have&nbsp;much more flexibility in treating &nbsp;different areas than we do with CoolSculpting.&nbsp; UltraShape is able to target different levels of fat thereby offering more fat reduction over a larger area.&nbsp; Results are seen much quicker with UltraShape than with CoolSculpting as well, making it a great choice for patients who are looking for results.&nbsp;

I have been reading about Coolsculpting and recently came across UltraShape. I want to know what the difference is and if one is a clear winner over the other, I am looking for an unbiased answer.

Thanks for your question!&nbsp; There are many fillers available that can help restore volume to the cheek area.&nbsp; Voluma is our first choice in that area.&nbsp; It can be used to create a beautiful high cheekbone and can last up to 2 years.

What is the best type of filler in USA for adding volume to cheeks. I have a long face and almost as if i have no cheek bones.

Fillers are generally a great first step to restore lost volume under the eye.&nbsp; I like to use Restylane in that area.&nbsp; A combination approach always yields better results so adding MicroNeedling with a collagen booster will help make the area look more refreshed.

I am 36 and have such sunken in under eyes! What do I need to do, under eye surgery? Injectibles? What's cost approx?

There is no exact answer to that question without actually seeing a patient in person for a consultation, but I can give you some ranges.&nbsp;&nbsp;Some fillers are best for volume and others are used for fine lines and wrinkles.&nbsp; The costs generally start around $600-700 and can go up from there depending on your needs.&nbsp; I recommend scheduling a consultation with an experienced injector for more a specific estimate.

How much are fillers?

If you are referring to any of the neuro toxins such as Botox, Dysport or Xeomin, the answer is that any units not used on a patient after reconstitution are safely stored for later use.&nbsp; A sterile needle and syringe&nbsp;is used every time the vial is used. In most cases the product will be used within a day or two.

If the doctor doesn't use the total of units of the vial, are they discarded?

The CoolSculpting procedure works by delivering controlled cooling to target fat cells under the skin while leaving the skin itself unaffected.&nbsp; The treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen) and then die.&nbsp; As your body naturally processes the fat and eliminates these dead fat cells, you will see a slimmer more sculpted area.&nbsp; Once treated, you should expect long term results as the fat cells have been permanently removed.

Will the results from Cool Sculpting be long lasting? On average, how many years do your patients have record of maintaining their results? I understand that maintaining a healthy diet is important.
