I would like to recommend Dr.Herringer for eye lid surgery.He is an excellent surgeon and a caring physician. I had a situation where I was awakened around 1:00AM with what I thought was a tear running down my face and it was blood. I tried for about ten minutes to stop the bleeding and panicked, then called Dr. Herringer’s office.He called me back within five minutes. He told me what to do and stayed on the phone with me until it stopped. He said he would call me in the morning. He did and met me at his Scottsdale office to make sure my eye was okay. I probably rubbed it in my sleep. Most doctors will tell you to go to the hospital when you call at 1:00 AM! My vision is greatly improved and the bonus is that I look so much better. I honestly recommend Dr. Herringer.

Awesome is the one word I’d use to describe my experience with Dr. Heringer and his practice. When I first saw Dr. Heringer, I was struggling to see clearly, especially at night, due to drooping eyelids. It also left me looking tired and older, and I found myself constantly raising my eyebrows to compensate, which created additional cosmetic concerns. Even though I love to read, I often could not enjoy it after work because my vision was so strained. After surgery, the improvement has been remarkable. I am back to reading for hours each day, including at night, and I feel like I look noticeably refreshed and more youthful. I had a ptosis repair along with upper and lower blepharoplasty, and I am very happy with the results. Equally important, Dr. Heringer is genuinely kind and attentive. When I had questions after surgery, he responded promptly, answered everything thoroughly, and was consistently pleasant and reassuring. His team was also informative, professional, and welcoming throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Heringer. He is triple board-certified, which mattered a lot to me, especially after watching far too many episodes of Botched. I wanted someone with extensive training and a conservative, thoughtful approach. I originally went in for an upper blepharoplasty and chose him specifically for his expertise with eyes. The eyes are the focal point of the face, and if that area isn’t done well, it can completely change how someone looks… in all the wrong ways. He understood that and took my concerns seriously. During the consultation, I also asked about a lower face and neck lift, as that area had been bothering me after weight loss. Dr. Herringer listened carefully and respected my very clear request to not look overdone. I wanted to look like myself, just refreshed, and that is exactly what I got. Any time I had questions or concerns, they were addressed thoroughly, and his staff was consistently wonderful, friendly, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. I'm 3 months past my upper blepharoplasty. I'm fully satisfied with the results. The scars are flat and barely noticeable at this stage. Eyelids are even. Recovery was fast. I'm glad I chose Dr Heringer to do my surgery.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. My lower eyelid surgery was performed almost three years ago, and every day, I look in the mirror, and I want to scream! He put too much filler under my right eye, and it cannot be removed without a very tricky surgery. I've seen three ocular plastic surgeons.....only one would touch me but told me the possible side effects, which were scary. I've decided to live with it, sadly. It's caused me to feel depressed because every day I have to see this, anytime and everything, I look into the mirror. I asked for my before pictures, and the Doctor's office couldn't find them. Dr. Heringer said I had the huge bag before the surgery, and I can easily prove from my pictures I did not. Run from this Doctor!
