Unfortunately over the counter products can only do so much due to strength limitations.  Medical products such as ZO skincare, uses 4% hydroquinone skincare product combined with 20% ascorbic acid which will treat sun spots regardless of age.  This bleaches out sun spots and other pigmentation between a 5-month period. As this product is medical strength, it should not be used for more than 5 months at a time.  For quicker results, it may be worthwhile to invest in laser treatment which will take away sun spots permanently.  Pigmentation can be a result of many things so it is in your best interest to consult with your doctor before any skin treatment.

It is normal to experience swelling after filler treatment, and depending on the person and product, it could last anywhere up to a week to settle down.  I advise to not touch the injected area too much as this could cause contamination.  Icing or a cold compress for 10 minutes every hour should bring the swelling down, but I would also suggest not pressing too firmly when you’re moulding the filler into place.  If you still have swelling after a week, contact the doctor that administered the treatment and request a follow up appointment.

I would suggest waiting 7–14 days after the cleansing facial for hair removal treatment.  This will allow the skin to recover from any form of stress that may have occurred.  After each hair removal treatment, avoid tanning for at least 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your treatment, and wear sunscreen. You should also avoid hot baths, massages, or any treatment that requires direct contact with the skin for the first 2 days after your treatment.
