He was extremely thorough during my consultation, making sure I knew everything that was going to happen and what exactly all my options were. I wanted to share my journey because I couldn’t find many low or classic profile reviews. I’ve also had 3 breast implant surgeries before and experienced flex deformity with 350cc saline unders and rippling with 425cc cohesive gel overs. I’ll add those pics for reference. I really wanted to have overs, because I love the look and feel they provided, but my Dr. says with having previous surgeries, I have a higher risk of capsular contracture and still the same risk of visible rippling

Great for now. Lying in bed with ice packs. Have a wife who is a nurse and doing a great job. I've had this since about 13 years old I'm 38 now. Seems like the more I exercise and run the more it protruded and was noticeable. I saved up the money. Went to two different docs. Found one I felt really confident with. It was a simple procedure small 1in cut at bottom of nipple, went in a cut the tissue out. Have drain tubes and ice on them. Feel great now that I'm on pain meds.
