Best Doctor I have had!

Dr. Altman genuinely cares about his patients and doesn't sell you on doing things you don't need or want. Before and after my surgery I was able to text him whenever I needed with questions and he promptly answered all of them. The results were amazing and the experience was the best I could hope for.

Worth It22 days Post-Op

65 Year Old with a Face Lift - Irvine, CA

What a complete waste of $11,000! Immediately after the face lift, I did not look one bit different. When I went back to work, not one person said, "Oh you look so great" or "You look so refreshed." The only co worker I had told asked me if I had had the surgery. I was so embarrassed that I did not look differently, I told her I changed my mind. Nice man, but terrible at face lifts! Updated on 7 Dec 2014: Wonderful kind doctor with very attentive staff. Highly recommended!

Worth It

Upper Lower Abdomen Area, Love Handles and Inner Thighs Lipo

Finally I decided to do lipo on my upper and lower abdomen area, love handles and inner thighs. My surgery is scheduled on Thursday in 3 days. I'll have love handles and inner thighs area done first and in 3 weeks (my Dr said that is recommended liposuction recovery time between surgeries) I'll have abdomen area done. At first I wasn't nervous at all but as it gets closer I'm loosing my sleep. I'll keep you posted also will post pictures before the surgery and after. Updated

20 days Post-Op

36 Yr Old, 5"2, 110lbs New boobs with a Lift - Irvine, CA

I had a augmentation in the summer of 2013. I got 304(r), 339(l) silicone implants. I really should have gotten a lift but feel like the doctor didn't stress to me just important it was for my long term satisfaction. I know have saggy implants with the left having a double bubble. I am also very unhappy with the size, I have to wear padded bras or I look completely flat in shirts. I am getting a vertical lift with my augmentation on 4/13/16. I am super excited and am thinking
