From my first interaction with their office I was made to feel at ease, confident and had their undivided attention. They answered all my questions and concerns (& then some! lol). They were able to call in my antibiotics and pain medication the morning of my procedure so I could pick them up from the pharmacy before instead of after. In my initial visit, Dr. Kent was blunt about my gobble neck (so if you can't take that kind of truth she might not be the right doctor for you lol) and did tell me that lipo might not be enough, but I still wanted to get it done. I should have known Dolores Kent was incompetent the moment she tried to stick a needle into my lymph node. That's something no skilled surgeon would ever do. She caused trauma where she wasn't supposed to touch, which tells me she has zero ability when it comes to safe, effective fat removal.
