Dr. Veronikis is the MICHAELANGELO OF VAGINAS!! I needed a labiaplasty because giving birth to a 10 pound baby basically left the inside of my vagina looking like it had been through a meat grinder! The doctor was able to make my vagina look like how it did before I had my babies. He is like an artist but instead of working with canvas he works with skin!! This is extremely difficult and delicate work and I am very happy with my results. I know women come from other countries just to see Dr. Veronikis so I feel fortunate his practice was so close to me. He had a good sense of humor yet was very professional. After the surgery he even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any concerns when I got home. He also called and texted to check up on me afterwards. I would highly recommend him. He is a skilled and brilliant surgeon!

Where to begin? Dr. Veronikis helped me in so many ways! The most unexpected was the Labiaplasty and Vaginal Rejuvenation he performed! I could not be happier with the results. After 3 natural child births, I had not realized just how much my body had changed. The procedures he performed were more than cosmetic to me! I no longer have the pain associated with my labia getting pinched in my clothing, or in the way when trying to be intimate with my husband! Dr. Veronikis is a wonderful, professional and caring man which is obvious from the minute he walks through the exam room door. He spends as much time as each woman needs and is not on a set time schedule. This is wonderful, but it also means to be prepared to wait a while in his office. It is more than worth it because you will feel as if you are the only woman in the world while in his care. I had this procedure done five years ago as part of a bladder suspension and other repairs. Dr. Veronikis told me that I would be back to a teenager and I responded my husband will enjoy that. He looked at me dead serious and I said "I did this for you, not for him." Six weeks later, it was like the first time all over again and then got better and better every single time. If anyone is considering this surgery, Dr. Veronikis is the best in the entire county. I would look no farther.

My experience with Dr. Veronikis was EXCEPTIONAL. I spent months researching vaginal surgeons before traveling to St. Louis for my procedure. I had a labia reduction and vaginal rejuvenation. Not only are they perky and perfect, my husband says it feels like we are back in college again. His staff was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. After decades of having issues, Dr. Veronikis saved my life in many ways. I initially went to Dr. Veronikis for urinary issues and was diagnosed with needing the bladder sling, a simple 45 minutes procedure. He was extremely thorough at explaining what needed to be done and how the procedure was performed. He eased my anxiety and answered all my questions with his expertise and professionalism. During the procedure Dr. Veronikis noticed there were many other issues. He ended end up spending four hours in the operating room for a vaginal reconstruction. I never knew all the issues that can arise from a persons vaginal tissue to things that simply happen due to vaginal child birth. After recovery, I realized that I had been living a very poor quality of life and I was just dealing with it. Now, everything is different and in the best way. I do not have urinary issues and the vaginal reconstruction has changed my life in so many ways. My sex life has returned as it was pretty much non-existent. I never realized the damage was present and if it weren't for Dr. Veronikis, it would have been permanent and even more detrimental to my quality of life in a matter of 6 months or so. After menopause, I discovered changes with my body that nobody in my youth thought to warn me about. Hi, I am stressing out about the pain of this surgery- They told me no driving first 2 weeks & rest for 6wks. I have a very experienced vaginal/urology surgeon but i am still so worried & wanting to back out... Any advice? I have urge incontinence (peeing every hour except at night)- will this procedure help w/any of that at all? How long did you need to take pain meds? Will the tightening cause problems w/wetness or affect orgasms? I do not have painful sex now but worried i will after this... :( Updated on 9 Dec 2015: Had surgery. went well. 4 wks post op now. I am finally getting around better, cooking dinner/ light housework. If you have this surgery- allow about 3 wks to rest/ sitting was difficult b/c of rectum repair...so have a donut seat avail, long panty liners, and peri-colace avail at home before going into surgery... I did not get a bladder sling- b/c i have urge incontinence and this surgery did help w/that so far. I am not thrilled w/outside rectum results but i am thankful it is all tightened up and i am having relief w/bladder issues and going to bathroom every hour before! Stitches are still healing and a bit itchy w/some normal discharge and light bleeding (on wk 4) . I was off pain meds day 5 b/c they made me constipated- only had to take reg. advil every so often if i did to much that day.... no sex till wk 6. My dr. was awesome- although i did not have a mesh/or sling that needed to be removed - they have called my dr. the Mesh (removal) warrior... St. Louis. ppl fly into see him... I had met my deductible so insurance paid for most of it- i had to pay for cosmetic part only. :)
