I’m 2 weeks post op and thrilled with results!!! I literally have a new body. Dr. Alexander and Dr. Wang-Ashraf are true artists and set a very high standard for plastic surgery aesthetically and medically.

I started my search for a plastic surgeon 3-4 years ago. I met with 4 surgeons and made my decision to go with Dr. Alexander for a few reasons:

1) her education and qualifications plus board certification
2) her expertise (she’s published research and surgery techniques in her field)
3) quality of her work (I know two people separately who have had surgery with her and they look beautiful and spoke highly of both her and Dr. Wang-Ashraf)
4) her attention to safety and health (this was key!!!)
5) her bedside manner

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair to repair diastasis recti. I had agonized over my decision for a few years, beating myself up mentally for not being able to work off my belly in the gym after having a child. I was scared of surgery. Scared that I was being selfish and vain and that I should just focus only on my child and not my body. But my back hurt, I couldn’t fit my clothes without looking pregnant and my bladder was giving me issues.

Dr. Alexander and her staff put me at ease and reassured me that everything would be ok. I even decided to get great implants and I love them! So natural looking. Dr. A is the top in Atlanta (and probably at the top in the country). As she told me, she’s done thousands of these. Her office communicated with me. The vitamin regimen and preparation instructions were phenomenal. I actually will continue taking the vitamins because I felt so good leading up to my surgery.

She manages pain very well and 2 weeks later I feel I made an amazing decision going with Artisan.

Love the natural, refreshed contoured neck and jaw line! Lower lids no more puffiness or darkness. She gave me 10 years back. Informed, Great pre-post care. Amazing staff, Painless recovery. The Best!

Dr. Alexander performed a neck lift on me back in May. Being pretty young for this procedure, I wanted the results to look natural, while addressing the problem areas. She is a beautiful soul and wicked talented. She knows this procedure and has performed hundreds in her 30 year career. The results show. In addition, I must add Artisan is a Best Practices plastic surgeons office.

The surgeons, as well as their other talent. MaryEllen who creates natural and beautiful results with filler / injectables, Lauren - I call her the Laser whisperer, aestheticians, and all nursing staff are just class act. They have the best lasers (which can be utilized post surgery to eliminate / reduce bruising), cutting edge pre and post treatments for surgery (collagen drinks, vitamins, lotions, creams, etc.) that are included in your cost for the surgery.

The doctors want you to have the results you are looking for and want your experience to be as pleasant as possible. You can get in at any time post surgery, and I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alexander and Artisan. They make you feel safe during a very vulnerable (and exciting) time.

Dr. Alexander has helped me for over a year now with my breast reconstruction. She is highly skilled and a caring/compassionate Surgeon. I have every confidence in her and her entire staff. She made me whole again after my double Mastectomy.

I had almost given up hope before I met with Dr. Diane Alexander. When I developed breast cancer for the 2nd time, the only option was to have a double mastectomy. My previous doctor attempted several procedures for reconstruction. After 7 surgeries I found myself full of scars and back to ground “zero”…….literally! I then met with Dr. Alexander. She was knowledgeable, explained my options and answered my questions with honesty. She not only provided me a plan for reconstruction, she gave me hope that I could soon be “myself” again. My experience with Dr. Alexander was excellent. She is kind, professional, truly medically skilled, caring and a true artist. I had a neck lift performed and I am so pleased with the outcome. I am only part time in Atlanta, but will go to no one else for any future cosmetic needs.

A Very skilled surgeon!! My oncologist was literally stunned at how good my results were, considering the extent of skin I had to lose to cancer. Frankly, he didn't expect my breasts to look this good! Everytime I see my ONC's PA, she says, "Wow! WHO did you say your surgeon was?!" Worth the 100 mile drive to have a top surgeon like this, when recovering from the worst year of your life! My two surgeries with her were absolutely as smooth as surgery can go! Office staff is simply the best you will ever find-- professional, yet loving and kind. The tissue expansion process is long and hard, but I'd chose the same procedure again, as long as the wonderful gals of Dr. Alexander's office were there to walk me through with such support! Highly recommend.

Dr. Alexander is truly amazing! She performed my breast lift many years ago and in recent years I have been to her office for either facial fillers or laser treatments. Have always been very pleased with both my results and her suggestions. She takes the time to find out your goals and wants to make sure you are happy with your results.

Still being treated by her and her wonderful staff!! It has been a great experience!! I have had a few problems over a couple of different weekends and have been seen by Dr. Alexander on a Saturday because she was meeting another patient. Made me feel so much better and eased my mind thru the weekend!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Alexander's for many years for eyelid surgery and yearly skin maintenance for Botox and Fillers. Dr. Alexander did my eyelid surgery exactly as I had hoped, refreshed and not pulled. I had more confidence and no longer looked tired.
