I have a thick skin bulbous nose. My first rhino was in year 2000 in Brisbane. The outcome was not very good. In 2016 I found a senior, experienced in rhinoplasty revision surgeon in Brisbane. He thought he could create me a more defined nose. The first surgery was not a success. He said that there was so much scar tissue there and my thick skin was a problem. He re operated for free early 2017. This time the outcome was only slightly better. My tip has no support at all.
