I broke my nose in LAX when the ball turned my septum into a 90 degree angle. The first surgery done by a different sergeon left my nose deviated still and nostril assymetry, with a bulbous tip from scar tissue. When i decided to have another surgery to fix these issues years later i made sure to find the right doctor. Doctor Chrzanowski had the specialty and attention to detail that i was looking for. From the beginning, I wanted something very subtle. I wanted a slight hump removed and the tip and columella refined with narrowing of the base. Doctor Chrzanowski really took the time to answer any questions or concerns i had. “Which i had many” down to the very details of what exactly he would do in order to get the type of result i was aiming. Understanding the techniques made me feel confident and comfortable in moving forward for the procedure. A year later he did slight nostril base narrowing “which he promised to adress later to see if it was something i still wanted once my nose had healed in its new form after all of the other alterations” (without extra cost) My self esteem and my personal outlook has been greatly improved by the procedures. My nose is ultimatly more refined and fits my face more. On top of that i can breath! He is an excellent doctor. Personable, has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to. I recommend him to anyone looking to have rhinoplasty from small procedures to complicated risky procedures you are in the BEST of hands.
I would not recommend Dr. Chrzanowski. I had turbinate reduction surgery in December 2020. I went for a follow up visit in January and I was having trouble with numbness. Dr. Chrzanowski put me on an antibiotic for 10 days. He said if there was no change, he would have a ct scan done to see if he might have “missed something”. There was no change and I called back and they told me to wait six weeks and if nothing changes see a neurologist! He was no help!
The greatest investment I could ever personally make. Minimal scarring although recovery does consist of that constant cold/congestion/pressure feeling. Nose feels swollen on some days, other days not so much. I feel great despite catching pneumonia not too long after. My nose is now straighter than it was, and I couldn’t be happier. Updated on 26 Dec 2017: So like I said in my first post, my nose was so crooked and bulbous with cartilage sticking out from the tip. I want everyone to see how good this doctor is. I am going to post two photos from when I was a little under the weather before the surgery, and three photos of my new nose. Updated on 28 Dec 2017: Just saw Dr. C again today, it was a great visit! These are photos from today, and surprisingly I’ve been super good at keeping the swelling low, it’s a secret ;) but I’m super happy and so ready to continue life without that old nose. SO READY to bring in the New Year with less anxiety and paranoia, and more smiles and fun. Thanks again ?? Updated on 30 Dec 2017: A nose that fits my face! Updated on 10 Jun 2021: So I have left some blind good reviews before, because I didn’t expect what followed. I didn’t want to believe this could happen to me. These photos make me SICK to my stomach and they should make him and his office sick as well. Not one person in that office can support this, especially the stitch job. I am writing this after finally having a closed revision in November 2020, but you can see the horrendous scar and the pollybeak deformity he gave me. There is 1 photo of my November 2020 revision and yes I still have the stitch job scar but we plan on fixing that sometime this year when I can afford it! This doctor should have his license revoked and I should get a full refund besides anesthesia fees :/ Check out the photos. Pollybeak could have been dealt with easier if it wasn’t for the stitch job. That’s unacceptable and I will be amazed if I ever got an apology. Whoever did this, butchered me. If I could sue him I would have. I still don’t kno if it was a trainee that operated on me. :/Why would you do this to a young woman, the pollybeak is one thing but for the last 3 years I have felt like I could rip open my nose by how horribly stitched together it is. :( who lets this extreme disfigurement happen under their supervision..
